Unable to make any coffee specialties. When handing us food, refused to put in bag.
My boys love coming here for breakfast. I get a coffee and they get doughnuts and sandwiches!
Espresso machine was down was my only issue, but I had a regular cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. Staff was friendly and my coffee was good.
I can't say enough about the people who work here. They are so welcoming and friendly. I was visiting from out of town and was very impressed. This type of service is unfortunately uncommon. Kudos to management for setting great examples! ?????
Espresso machine broken as of April 14th. Couldn't order a latte or cappuccino. So had to book it out of there.
Went to sit inside and they said it was closed because not enough staff. There were 4 workers standing there just like before covid. Its not like they wait on tables. Im done with all dunkin donuts
First time I visited this location they had a sign posted that said "No lattes, cappuccinos, macchiato's, dunkaccions hot chocolate", so basically just donuts. Next time I called ahead to make sure they had drinks, they did. It took them a while (in drive thru) to make our drinks and box munchkins(could see the line growing long) but the drinks were prepared correctly. Also, they close super early. Like 3pm..
I would never come back to this place. We had to wait for almost 35 mins in the drive-thru to get our order which was hardly 2 avocado toast and a coffee. Its high time they start doing proper manpower planning to cater the rush in their power time.
Workers are incredibly nice, including this one man who was incredibly charming(His name is Tolan!) the food and drinks are to die for, keep it up Dunkin!
Literally showed up through the e drive through, called the phone and tried the front door to have the employees ignore me. It says they should be open. They literally ignored me!! It was 6am today that this happened. Worst customer service.
