ordered tonight for delivery and the food was so hot and fresh! granted wait was around 2 hours but thats understandable given the lack of work force since the start of the pandemic :( still great food!!! after about an hour of waiting i did call the store although at first it went to a call center and they transfered me over Esther was absolutely so sweet and professional overall great staff brian was an amazing delivery driver!!
First tried to order delivery but got a phone call saying they had no drivers. Which is understandable. Mybusiness is also short staffed, seems like people just don’t wanna work nowadays. Came in and my order was done in a timely manner. Thank you to those dominos workers, working hard even if your short staffed. Me and my wife always pick you guys for pizza night?❤️??? much love ✌️❤️
If I could give 0 I would. ESTHER IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. When we placed our order a month ago I had the pleasure of having the mistake remedied by the district manager.... we placed an online order here and they sat their trying to confirm it for an hour while they were closed. The district manager had even gone as far as giving me her phone number when I drove to the Dominos across town to get the order from them instead. They compped me some lava cakes and I was given a discount on my meal. Unfortunately tonight after placing an order successfully and waiting and being told 45 minute to an hour, we waited an hour and a half before calling and being told it would be another 45 to an hour. After saying how completely un acceptable that was as I have two daughters who were hungry, all Esther could apparently do was offer me 5$ off the 50$ order that was going to be 2 and a half hours.... after I tried to educate Esther on customer service she then proceeded to say that no one does free pizza since the 80s...... which is a lie.... but okay let's make me and my family never go to another Dominos EVER again. To make things better, when I asked for the district managers number because I had lost it,Esther refused to give it to me and continued to tell me my order was cancelled and to had to go elsewhere. If you tell someone on the phone 45 minutes to an hour it should be that... not 2 and a half times longer when girls have school and a bed time. Thankfully Arby's on Gull road was open and we all had not only great food, we also got amazing customer service from the whole team. Thank you arbys for at least making the night better, we will neverver go to this restaurant again. .. and beware the angry delivery driver John..... he gets mad if you live upstairs and asks very harshly "Want a Job?!" Even though I'm disabled.
Tonight we were going to order domino's and have an eat in night. We'll an hour and a half we didn't get our order we canceled and had a very bad experience with the manager esthet tonight. To the point that ruined our whole night. We thought we'd give it one more shot and headed to Arby's to try and salvage our dinner for us and our family. We got in the drive through. Got through quickly.. got up to the window with a smiling face. ANAKIN by far changed the entire tide of our night. He was through with our order asking sauces twice to make sure and a drink carrier (which is rare now). He had friendly conversation and just overall made our experience 5 stars. Thank you for the wonderful experience I hope anakin gets the recognition he deserves
Horrible service!!!! Not only was my entire order incorrect but the manager got upset that I called to have my order remade. She insinuated that I was lying and said she wouldn’t remake my order without me bringing the food back first. I offered to bring the food back but that I wasn’t going to sit and wait 30 minutes while the correct order was made. There are nothing but children working there and I would never trust them to make my food again.
This location is absolutely wonderful the staff is amazing ?? the manager was on the phone when I placed my order awhile back and you could hear the lady on the other end just screaming and cussing she handled the problem extremely well and even offered to remake her food multiple times but she didn't want it remade please be kind to the staff mistakes happen but there is no reason to yell or cuss them out they do such a wonder job to make your dinner
Good pizza. Terrible delivery and cook time. Orders will take about 2 hours. 1 hour to cook. 1 hour to deliver less than 2 miles. Driver calls and asks for you to come out. Do not order delivery.
I called to get the 5.99 special the guy quoted me a price I said what had happened to the 5.99 special. He said they were no longer doing that! Well if its plastered all over tv and all over the menu why is it you can tell me it's no longer in effect. Well I canceled my order and probably will not try again
The old delivery guy was rude as can be throwing my pizzas at me and complaining my 7$tip for 30$ in food wasn't good enough. He's lucky he was old won't order there again.
I made an online order for delivery, waited an hour and a half, delivery time estimated was 25 minutes as per website. I called the store and was told that they weren't delivering.....what? I asked if anyone thought to call me to alert me. I was told 'sorry' and the line was disconnected.EditI do have to add that the owner reached out to me to remedy the situation almost immediately after this review was posted.
