I am so disappointed with my order. The pizza is dry like cardboard and the wings are horrible. Never again.
I decided to give Dominos a try as it's been 30 years. Well, I ordered a pizza and I should have checked it as it was burnt to a crisp. This was so over done that there was no moisture or flavor. It's a good thing that this was Quality Checked before given to the customer.Kinda hard to respond to the email in a request to discuss this when the email seems to be bogus. I've tried several times and says FAILURE NOTICE
We had not had a Domino’s pizza in years and decided to give it a try since it was so close. Pizza was ordered by phone and confirmed on the receipt after delivery. There was too much sauce and I ordered light sauce. Ordered double cheese and there was barely any. Very disappointed in the temperature of the food upon arrival since this location is 1.5 miles away. Way overpriced for the quality. Will not be ordering from this location again. Will try another location to compare quality.
Took awhile for anyone to acknowledge us at the window, but the guy apologized and was nice. Pizza was wrong tho. Not a custom pizza, one of their specialty pizzas with no changes. The sauce was wrong and it was missing a topping.
What was a goto pizza every couple weeks for years. Awesome quality almost every time with a quick delivery. However recently added a 17 dollar minimum delivery order on top of a 4 dollar delivery fee. Delivery fee was about 40% the price of the pizza, add 5 bucks for a tip and and you met the price of the pizza do get it to your door. Now they want even more...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Its never cut through properly, soggy every time, I've watched delivery drivers drive past my apartment multiple times. The store does not know how to handle customer complaints and tries to put the blame on the customers. Its so aggravating it will ruin your appetite 85% of the time, great if your looking for an excuse not to eat.
Excellent service. Pizza was out quick and the GM Tyler was very helpful and clearly cares about good customer service. Could not recommend more.
Still actively trying to hear back from ANYONE at Domino's who can explain to me how a credit card that wasn't under my account info/payment info AND wasn't under the name on my account was successfully charged for a purchase. At this point I've called the store multiple times and asked for help to no avail (couldn't even get the name of the person I spoke with), I've even been referred to 'upper management' who still didn't even email me the complaint form they promised several days ago, let alone offer ANY explanations or solutions. Incredibly disappointed by this experience and franchise.
Went from 5 stars wishing it was a option to leave no stars!! 2 days in a row my order was canceled after it said it was out for delivery. Most definitely not cool at all...I take my 5 stars back I did give.
Out of all of the pizza chains, Dominos, and this store in particular, always exceeds my expectations. They manage to wow me every time I come here. Amazing work everyone!
