Sorry but basically gross. Pork full of fat so I threw it out. Chicken was cold like it was never heated at all. Mac n cheese was the same you buy at a store deli. Asked for waffle fries and received regular fries. Never again.
Staff was absolutely awful. Waited an extra half hour for a carside pickup order, was barely acknowledged by anyone for 5 minutes when I finally went inside, and had to sit and watch four of six kids stand around a table chatting and arguing with each other while doing literally nothing else when several people were also waiting to even be acknowledged. Food is solid, but overpriced for the portion size. Save your time and $ and go somewhere else.
Dickey's got rid of their waffle fries and now have hand cut fries. They are terrible. I don't know what the seasoning is but they taste burnt. To me, it tasted like they use the left over grease from the meat to use in their fryer. I hope they bring back the waffle fries because right now, I can't see myself going back. Both my son and I dumped our entire order of fries in the garbage, they weren't worth taking home. And I don't believe in wasting food. That's how bad they were.
Great service and food. Thank you.
a corporate BBQ joint with nearly 500 nationwide locations - they may not be local and artisan, but they are good! Very consistent meats and sides & good sauces. Quick, friendly service and affordable daily specials - how do you not like that...
Oh my! I'm from the south and I've only been in Kazoo for a bit more than a year. This is in my top 5 food joints here now. The brisket is amazing! The baked potato weighs like 3 pounds. This is some must have for this area.
The food was amazing!!! We had their catering services before and they never disappoint!!!
Ordered brisket burnt ends, What joke. It was fatty and more like boiled pot roast.
Absolutely love this place. The portions are *very* generous and DELICIOUS!! Best BBQ in the area, hands-down! Staff is on-point and very friendly. Saw one of the cooks give Dickeys frisbees to a couple younger kids while I was there. Smiles everywhere!
I highly recommend Dickey’s. Definitely some of the best bbq in Kalamazoo. I like to keep it simple with a pulled pork sandwich most of the time but the ribs call my name too sometimes. Either way it’s always the right decision.
