The room was spectacular! The king size bed was amazing and the coffee was scrumptious!! I was on a business trip for Burger King filling in at other stores in another district to help, The staff approved my late check in because I close the stores, Well when I arrived at almost 3AM the night Manager wanted to refuse me service because she said I could break her bell from continuing to ring it, she also made me put my credit card down for a bill that was already paid for with a confirmation number to prove so. Now because of continuous charging to my card from this Manager on shift, my credit score has dropped 71 points!???????
Best bartender and front desk in town! Came in on a Wednesday evening and she was just amazing! Best part of our stay was meeting Rachael and Kimber! The hotel was beautiful but the main reason we will return is because of them!!!!
As I stepped into the property and approached the front desk I was actually impressed as this is such a remote location. The attendants at the front desk were very polite and friendly as I expected. The public areas seemed to be up to par and lighting in the hallways was good. The property seems to be secure as they lock the main entry and you must use your keycard or buzz to enter. I don’t come into places looking for faults but when I entered the room things immediately hit me in my gut. Now here’s the good part…1. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with a king bed, I decided to keep the room anyway.2. The sheets did not fit the bed at all and were old and yellowing, I couldn’t tell if they were white or cream. I gave it the go and when I awakened the next morning the “fitted bed sheet had come completely off the corners of the mattress and the mattress cover did the same.3. The basin in the bathroom was stopped up, housekeeping came immediately and repaired the issue.4. There were several mold/mildew (they look the same to me) on the caulking around the tub.5. The lighting in the room was poor, could have been more strategically located6. Window area was very dusty, I could see the dust without my glasses. If not for the above 6 items I could have given a better rating.I expected much better quality
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had dead bugs, wrappers on the floor, stained linens, yellow icky tub, sticky surfaces… there were dirty glasses left in the hallway. Overall unimpressed with atmosphere despite the lovely staff.

Oh where do I begin?Clearly, Marriot is not aware of the condition of this location. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a rental property.Clearly understaffed.Food service was atrocious. I attended as part of a group for 3 days and we pre paid for our meals.5 meals, 2 met expectations. 3 were edible only. Service was marginal at best. Cold coffee, no decaffeinated without asking. Warm cool beverages, no ice...Restrooms were untended and unclean. Carpets appeared unvacummed, dirty in places.Perhaps there have been staff shortages, but clearly this property's upkeep has been neglected for some time.
Staff were warm and inviting at check-in and check out. We were one family out of a handful of rooms that had been rented, the hotel was empty. We heard no noise in the hallways from other rooms during the night. Our room was clean and tidy. The bathtub did not have a plug so I couldn't bathe my toddler. Our room was supposed to have a daybed but had this little couch instead which was nice but wasn't what we had reserved. There were stains on the bed linens, and linens and towels were various shades of white, cream, and orange, see attached photos of towels in room. Two towels were supplied, with two hand towels and two washcloths. The pool area and hot tub were very dirty, see pictures. There were food wrappers, visible dirt, dirty towels, and huge chunks of peeling hot tub surfacing littered over the deck. The pool appeared to be clean but not well serviced. Overall, the hot tub needs to be drained and replaced, the patches they made to the hot tub are not holding up.As a note, the restaurant on site is closed Sundays and Mondays so there are no opportunities to purchase meals on site. There are many other hotel options in the area, I think we would choose another location moving forward.
The hotel was ok, not bad but nothing exciting. We were there for a conference so we weren't in the room much. It was comfortable. Ice maker in the hallway was not working at one point and water bottle refill station wasn't either. Water in shower was nice & hot.
Was not impressed with the rooms. They need to be cleaned better. There was stains on the carpet and bedding. There was trim hanging off the walIs. I would think that the amount that is charged for the rooms that they should be much more clean. The halIs were not very clean and there was construction on the pool and hot tub with tools everywhere. I was happy that the manager comped a night to make up for it.
The friendly staff helped this hotel retain 2 stars.I stayed over the weekend and wouldn’t stay again. The hotel room I was provided was run down with old carpeting and just general wear and tear. The fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. I’ve stayed at Marriott Delta hotels in Mesa & Everett, and they’re in a different league. Not the staffs fault, but the hotel needs a remodel. The lobby and bar look great though, and I didn’t see the pool. When I stayed there were also young hockey teams staying and they took over the lobby, bar, and halls. They were loud, messy (poor staff), and all over the place. It was out of control with drinking and noise everywhere. Kids running down the halls. I’m not against people having fun, drinking, etc… but it was nuts. Never seen anything like it.Overall, the staff was great but the hotel needs a remodel and they need to manage the crowds from taking over the hotel.
