Seems like they are struggling with staffing, like many places. The employee that helped us was very friendly. It would be nice if they invested in some outdoor seating since they don't allow dine in
I truly wish the franchise owner is reading this.Having ONE employee working, in the summer, at an ice cream shop… is BAD BUSINESS. I don’t know how this poor woman survived in 80 degree indoor heat on a 92 degree day serving every person she did. She was lovely but not only is it bad business to have only one employee, it’s not safe for her. This location is a disappointment to the Dairy Queen brand. It’s always randomly closed, has fluctuation hours due to staffing, it’s outdated and an eyesore.Pay your employees more so that people actually want to work for you. People deserve better than to have this as their neighborhood ice cream option.Seriously though, that older woman working alone was so kind but she shouldn’t have to. She deserves better
Very friendly employees that serve up a nice sized cone. Ice cream was on point. Great experience.
No drive through, no burgers available. What a lousy excuse for a fast food restaurant.
Under staffed and not that clean, but still ice cream
I usually don't stop at this location..whoever we did..the woman working kept licking her fingers....GROSS! I turned around and walked out!
We ordered a ice cream cake from the Lovers Ln location. The person that helped us was new, but considering she was somewhat helpful, honest and forthright about it. The manager was called the next day to be sure everything was good to go and it was. Very satisfied with the responses from everyone involved. Also the cake was delicious too!
Our cheeseburgers were cold but our ice cream was excellent.
Not a bad place for a quick bite to eat
Great service for only 1 woman working!
