Very disappointed. Ordered two Turtle Sundaes at a cost of $9.09. Waited in the drive-thru (dining room closed) and got ice cream (with an ‘off ‘ taste, chocolate that was FROZEN, salty pecans and NO caramel. I expect med the Dairy Queen standard, but this in no way even came close to what I have always got from DQ. Will not return.
Worst ice cream store ever! Doors are locked, so they tell me to go around through drive thru. 1 car in front of me and we sit there for 20 minutes!! Still don't have my ice cream. I get everywhere is short staffed for some reason and no one wants to work, but this is ridiculous!! :(
The picture tells 95% of the story. Blending for 2 seconds in insufficient!!! It was so think it was more like a chocolate blizzard. I would reference the receipt but I was not given one. Sorry but I will say it - who knows if the $$ even made it in to the drawer.
Kids love it. Great destination on your bike ride in the celery flats. 3-4 picnic tables. Outside dining only.
Definitely needs an upgrade. Something to bring more people, both employees and customers. Every time I come by, there's only one or two people inside and I wait 10 minutes for a single blizzard. Maybe becoming a Grill and Chill Dairy Queen would benefit them
I went there today, and I was the only one in the drive thru besides someone behind me. I waited for 10 minutes and no one said a word over the speaker. I said hello a few times, and still no response. I finally just drove away because I was so annoyed. Not sure if they are short staffed or what the issue is, but if they are drive thru only, they should probably take the orders through there.
Great store with exceptional employees. The service is fast and friendly. These guys hand you a very generously sized cone that looks like it is ready for a DQ commercial shoot. Just perfect.Did I mention the employees are great?Highly recommend this store.

The young men that worked there were very nice and polite and the food was hot and good
I'm a DQ regular and I have NEVER experienced such SLOW service!
