When it's late and you can't go anywhere else, here's your answer. The night crew is usually good, but the daytime folks for sure do not read order instructions. Twice I've ordered the Roni Rolls with no Parm and twice they've come caked with it. Ordered a calzone another time (night) and got random italian sausage despite not having ordered it. All three instances I had to bin it. I hate Parm and I don't eat Italian sausage. Lodging a complaint through the website does nothing-they don't reach out or bother emailing back. The food is good otherwise, just don't risk it if you're picky, and DON'T order directly from them. Today I was able to get my money back because I used grubhub-the other two times I was out the money and went hungry. I won't be ordering from here again unless it's both the only option and I'm there in person to check my order.Three stars because it is good food when they get it right, and the people inside are pretty cool.
I was in the Kalamazoo location and an upset customer came in asking to speak with a manager about conformation of his order being canceled. I didn’t realize there wasnt a manager in store at all and no one could provide him proof of a cancellation. Customers and works then got rowdy and took him outside. I hope the guy is okay. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AFTER WATCHING SUCH A DISGUSTING ACT.
Usually a good spot for some late night cuisine. However delivery usually takes a really long time and the food is usually cold by the time the driver gets here. Tonight, we have waited over 2 hours for our food, still haven’t got it. When we tried calling to see the status of the delivery, no one could give us information about where it was. Really upsetting because we are tired and hungry and now it’s too late to order anything else because everything is closed. A sad day, just wanted some dp dough :(
This place. This store specifically! This place has helped me in many ways from the fair prices to staying open at times that I’ve needed it the most! I work all day and when I get off I am always hungry but no one is ever open. Not only do they stay open for me. They keep the quality high and are very nice to me!
I love that D.P Dough is open and delivers late! The dough is actually really good, very light so far as pizza dough is concerned. They also use ricotta which is unique. The tater tots have real cheddar, not cheddar cheese sauce. You can't order them through Grubhub, only through the store.
The place was very busy but they have no system to know what calzone is what so they are digging through the calzones when they come out the oven they lost my online order and I had to wait for another one and one of the guys that was on the oven was picking through the calzones with no gloves on and when I said something he argued with me and then got off the oven in the end they offered me a 20% discount my next time I don’t think there will be a next time
Great service as always and one of the few places that I can get food when I'm out of work at 2am. The food tastes amazing and is really cheap for how much you get. Seriously recommend especially if you get the combo deals. Try the drop zone, it's my favorite or just build your own with the construction zone.
Well...on my very first visit, placed an order for 6 different items. Ordering experience was great. Experience at the cash register was great. When I got home....none of my products were labeled. It was terrible trying to figure out what the calzones were! The pesto sticks literally had no pesto sauce on them. And all of the calzones were almost All bread. Very little ingredients inside these calzones. The two with chicken were decent but never the less, not coming back.
Such a sweet staff and amazing food. I love that they are open until 4AM. I recommend the milkshakes and cheese bread. But everything is amazing!
I've never had any issues with this place. They're always friendly, and the food is always hot, correct, and fast.
