Excellent service, they took our orders while giving fast, friendly service to two walk in customers buying Birthday cakes
Ill definitely not becoming back to this location.. Out of waffle cone all types of them, they were even out-of ice for thr smoothis.....
Rarely do I feel any business deserves 5 stars. It was Saturday evening and it seemed like everybody decided to grab ice cream. There were three servers and they did an amazing job. They were fast and courteous. They were polite and patient. I have seen so many people who act as though customers are an inconvenience so I make it a point to acknowledge anyone who takes time to offer a positive experience.
Staff was amazing. Super disappointed that the blue ice cream is “cotton candy”. Didn’t even want to taste it bc it’s simply not blue moon. Blue Moon is a Midwest staple and one does not just create a blue ice cream and call it anything else ? it’s like blasphemy in Michigan.
Seriously... If you have not tried this place... You need to! The ice cream here is phenomenal. Pick out your ice cream and have them chop up your choice of goodies into it. Soooo tasty!
Not too busy when we first got there, but it was very busy by the time we left. My grandson really liked his cup of ice cream blended with all kinds of goodies that he added to it! Great service..very friendly staff. Will have to go again!
After waiting in line for 20 minutes only one couple got served. Several online orders got filled in the present customers were not being paid attention to. No manager present and it only looks like two teenage guys working behind the counter. Instead of just making the ice cream they were busy doing tricks and we're super slow. When we left there was still 12 people ahead of us. Several other groups left as well.
I'd avoid ordering online for delivery or pick up with this location. The attention to detail of the employees is poor. Three times in a row an additional mix in has been missed and once they forgot to include a waffle bowl. In the grand scheme of things, not a major deal, but it is annoying when you pay extra for something and don't get it.
Honestly, the worst location of cold stone I have been too. I ordered a birthday cake for my girlfriend to have a writing on it as well which was suppose to be ready at 7:15. When I arrived at 7:15 the two women that was running the store at the time was not constant nor knew what they was doing. I asked the girl in the grey goldstone hoodie, matron pants, and small gauges in her eyes with her hair up why my order was not ready when I called hours ahead for it. She stated to argue with me that they have customers back and forth with me plus given me a attitude. Which then to find out the they thought my name was Marie' which I'm not sure if the girl was racial profiling me but when I stated it wasn't me because she gave me shake. I ordered a cake and had to repeat myself constantly. Then didn't even apologize either. When they realized my name wasn't Marie they looked for my order to find out the cake has been just sitting in the fridge with no written words. It was just a terrible experience that I will not going back due to that employee.
Fast and friendly! Took our entire team (28 people) and they got us in and out very quickly.
