Absolutely delicious every single time
I have ordered from them the last three times from a Chinese restaurant because they were the best in my opinion. They delivered every time but yet tonight I'm out of their range? I even spoke with the manager. I believe it's laziness. why else would they turn down a recurring customer?
Wish I could give five stars, because the food is good. But the delivery drivers feel that a $10 tip is too little to climb stairs for a disabled person. They also double charged me a week ago, and they refuse to pay me back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been too sick these past days to write a review, but this place gave me the worst food poisoning. I had the orange chicken, fried rice, and Rangoons and I was sick from both ends for 3 days!! I puked profusely for 2 days and had the worst diarrhea for 3!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! I wouldn't have wished that sickness on my worse enemy!???
Worst delivery experience EVER! The delivery driver calls when he arrives at my complex and says he cannot enter a locked door.. so I tell him its not locked come on in but he absolutely refuses so I say "fine I'll bring my injured self down 2 flights of stairs.....which is EXACTLY what I didn't want to contend with 1 hour after being released from the hospital....to get my food. I get downstairs and he is still in his car... I guess waiting for me to walk to him....but at this point my freshly operated wound is starting to bleed so I wave him in and I see him get out visibly angry and grabs my food and pop up so vigorously it shakes up the 2 liter so bad I COULDNT open it for 5-10 miutes...ohh...and it was Sprite..not Cherry coke like I ordered. When he finally gets to the door I say "that's the wrong pop bro" and all he says is " they gave me this one it's not my fault" even tho the correct info is on the receipt proving he either didn't check to see if he had the right items or he just can't read period. Then....to top it off....he doesn't have any change on him so I walked all the way back upstairs bleeding and in pain to get this guy exact change. I was going to give him a $5 tip ( for a $15 order) like I usually do... but he got 4 cents which was waaay more than he deserved. So, if anyone out there receives a call from a Campus Wok delivery driver with the cell phone number 269-870-0452 expect the worst and prepare for a bad attitude and a messed up order.

Campus wok is the absolute last place that you go to for Chinese food. The drivers and customer service never cease to amaze me at how bad it can get. Today I had a driver sit in his car expecting me to walk all the way out to the street to him. When asked if he was planning on walking to the door he responded "no" since he was doing his part to deliver and that decent people would be willing to walk out to his car. There have also been times where they are consistently an hour late. The only reason this place is still in business is due to the low standards of the revolving door of college students every single year. Unless they change, stay away.
Delicious food! Was a good meal until I found a metal wire shaving in my honey chicken.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this business. I order and paid for food and did not get my entire order. I called about it right away and they apologized. The employee stated they would credit my account so that next time I order, I could use it. A month later I call to order and inquire about my credit and they told me it does not exist. Talked to the manager and he first said because it was a month ago the credit was no longer there because it only last a week. At no point did the employee tell us the credit only last a week and I shared that info with the manager. Then he changed his story and said well if the employee put it there it should still be there, maybe the employee forgot to put in the credit, and then he implies somehow its me as the customers fault. He offered no solution and all he said was "I understand and there's nothing I can do about it". As a manager he does have the power to do something about it and chose not to he said he was okay with losing my business rather than accommodate a small credit. He didn't even inquire how much the credit was, it didn't matter to him whether it was small(as it was) or large. He offered absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, nor did he apologize for anything. He displayed no care or concern for good customer service. Next call is to the owner.
Great food! Open late and always has good service. Usually only takes 10 min for me to get my food and they deliver.
