My husband and I were here in June and my order was cold and wrong. The waitress gave us a $10 gift card to comeback. This morning we came back. They weren’t that busy. We got our order quickly but it wasn’t hot it was Luke warm! I gave our waitress the gift card and it wouldn’t work. She came back to us and I explained what happened. She then went back and told her manager. We got a $5.00 credit towards our breakfast. Very disappointed once again. You have lost our business in the future! BTW our waitress was very sweet.
Lisa is a very unprofessional manager she is rude and has zero customer service skills i will never enter the west main location as long as she is employed absolutely disrespectful I’m in a complete state of shock i have never been treated so disrespectful I hope Tiffiny’s makes some changes starting with lisa green
Great menu, great food. Very friendly staff, one of the owners came to the table, very nice.Very nice atmosphere and decor, clean and fresh. The food was excellent, we wanted to try most everything but we will just have to return another time. I had the special, Oscar Bennies, eggs bennidict with lump crab instead of ham, served with asparagus and a side of fried red skin potato. Can't recommend this place enough. 8-1-2022: everything is still excellent.
Very good. Lots of creative options. Definitely recommend
My partner and I decided to check out Breakfast at Tiffany’s this morning and we were not disappointed. The staff are very attentive, and they have an extensive drink menu. I recommend the orange juice! The menu is diverse, I got Shukshuka w/ Naan. There were various cultural and regional breakfast options which makes their menu unique!
Very nice and attentive staff, but was bummed with biscuits and gravy. Not a lot of flavor in the gravy, and bland biscuits that don’t have much rise to them. The lunch offerings in the past have been solid. But again, the people here are great and the service was fast.
Definitely get your money's worth here, I left feeling quite full. We got our food in a timely manner, very pleasant inside. I got a waffle with raspberry cream cheese drizzle, it had about a package of fresh raspberries on it, and came with raspberry syrup, I would go back for those alone. Only complaint is they have a sign that says not to stand in the barrel shaped entry because servers have to get to the outside seating, however there isn't anywhere else to stand if you need to get to the host desk when you want a table.
Talk about a great breakfast!!!! And the latte flight was delicious as well! Best ever chicken and waffles!!!
First time going to Breakfast at Tiffany's. Our server, Matt, was very friendly and helpful. We had the Southwest Stew (with a pancake & grits) and the Greek Stew. They were both incredibly good! I can't wait to go back.
Never written a review before, but this was bad. Table of four, walked in at 11 on a weekday, restaurant was slow. Server took about 20 minutes to take our order, then we didn't see her for over an hour, along with our food. After waiting the hour and 15min for food and watching 5 tables walk in after us, eat, and leave, our meals were cold and the server didn't apologize or acknowledge the situation at all. When she came to drop our checks, we asked if we could speak to a manager because we didn't exactly want to pay for cold food that we waited over an hour for. A lead came to the table and heard the problem (she's the reason for the one star, only person who wasn't rude), didn't offer any solutions or anything so we asked to speak to a manager. Long story short, manager NEVER came over, we were given $10 gift cards (that didn't even cover our meals). Manager was stuffing her face at a table by the bar, was so rude after we politiley asked to talk about our experience, and could not care less about what was happening in the restaurant. Completely neglecting her employees as well as customers. As a server, this experience was embarrassing and I've never seen such incompetent management. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear.
