Slowest biggby. I sat in line for over 25 minutes waiting on two drinks. Won’t be stopping for awhile. And NO before someone asks, the people working were not new or over worked. They have been here for months. Not happy.
I think it’s a little weird that they have begun asking customers to leave a tip through the drive through. I realize times are tough but being pressured on the spot and then as soon as I said no to leaving a tip the employee turned rude, handed our items without and word and just shut the window. Doesn’t make we want to visit again anytime soon.

It was my first time in my life to asked how much tip I would give at a coffee drive through. She handled bagels with bare hands too. (It happened at 9:30am on October 28th.
My favorite biggby location! They're always fast and friendly. I sometimes drive out of my way just to go to this location!
