Ok so the two ladies working this morning were making it seem like they were careless to making the customers drinks it was very disappointing watching this go on for a 1/2 hour before I received my drink wasn’t even that busy customers was about to lose their temper while these two laughed and giggled ..ridiculous
I get a better cappuccino out of Johnny's for 5$ less
The staff are very nice and friendly and I am in no way trying to be rude to them specifically! But coming from an ex barista.. they need to make sure specifically at this location that they are double checking if customers want there drinks iced, frozen or hot. It’s EVERY TIME I am here that people are getting angry multiple times because their drinks are made wrong. It is not that hard to ask customers at the register how they want their drinks to double check. So much product is being wasted at this point from this?
I had a DoorDash delivery order to pick up and I stated so to the employees but they never told me when the order would be ready. I sat and waited for 15 minutes. The entire time the order was already done and the employees never said anything to me even though they saw me waiting. It was a waste of my time and customer to which I had to deliver it to. Terrible customer service from the two young ladies in there. Simply disrespectful.
The employees at this biggby did not act professionally today. They joked with each other why I was ordering. It was hard to tell if they were laughing at me or had something else going on. It was uncomfortable. I think I'll just buy a coffee pot. I use to come here every day. Weird.

The store was super busy but I must say that the girl at the counter had such an upbeat and happy personality. It was a very pleasant experience even during these crazy times.
Went to biggby around 2 today, and was given the wrong sizes for both drinks I had ordered, when corrected of size the drinks I received were both half full, as a 24 oz just shy of $6 alone I think it’s completely unacceptable for this to have been handed out to a customer. I didn’t realize until getting home that my drink was light ( mind you I hadn’t drank any because it was also piping hot when I asked for warm)
I waited over 20 min for my coffee as 2 people tootled around while just one person made orders. I ordered a Snow mint mocha and it was made with regular mocha not white chocolate...I didn't say anything because I refuse to wait that long for them to remake me a new one. Talked to a fellow customer who said this is a normal wait time for this location
I'm at work and had biggby door dashed from this location. I got a call 2 seconds after placing my order from a female that stated that they didn't have any chocolate chips and she just wanted to let me know. Cool. No issue there. When my order actually arrived at my place of employment the entire order was completely different. I had ordered a large mocha mint frozen and a plain sausage and cheese bagel. What I had received was a small who even knows what drink, and a cookie. Seriously! I called the restaurant and talked to a male who was very rude. He told me that they shut down the bagel machine early and that there was absolutely nothing he could do unless I wanted to come in and get another drink. Mind you...im at work until 8:30 and they close at 7pm . My order was placed at 5:15. Needless to say Doordash refunded my money, and I won't be dealing with this place again. Management....train your people! Get your products in stock!
