I had a small emergency after finding a senior I used to care for, wandering in the parking lot alone, disorientated and confused and then realized I forgot my phone at home! They allowed me to use their phone to contact police and my old supervisor. The senior needed some water, coffee, and something to eat, and I had already planned on getting a latte, but they gave it all on the house. The entire staff working that Saturday afternoon was exceptional, and went out of their way to provide upstanding customer service, but I wanted to specifically mention Reagan and Austin (hope I am remembering their names correctly and have correct spelling) who are wonderful Bigby team members, and were essential in ensuring the senior got home safely. Thank you so much for your kind hearts and selfless and compassionate actions, it means the most!

Didn't listen to what we ordered and got an attitude when they had to fix it
Just ordered a chi latte and for the second time it tastes like hot water ? very disappointed
Their coffee is good, but they never honor BOGO Wednesdays. Biggbys announces they are doing BOGO Weds. again, but when you drive there they ask for a coupon and since BOGO Wed. is an automatic every Wed. thing they don't send out coupons for it. So therefore Biggbys might as well stop saying they are doing BOGO Weds and if they are then almost none of their locations honor it. They ask for proof. So I guess they need you to prove to them that it is in fact a Wed.

The gal at the window this morning wasn't very nice and after telling her my order twice still got it wrong. Told me they have never had a mint tea latte sugar free. I told her I've gotten sugar free before. She then has them make a mint mocha, with maybe regular coffee, my sister said it was horrible. They got it right the second time. Mine on the other hand, I told her light on the syrup, didn't think I had to say regular syrup. I can't do sugar free. The first one was so sweet, I couldn't drink it. The second on might of been light, but it is sugar free and leaves a horrible after taste. I can't drink it, I have reactions to aspartame. I will be dumping it down the drain. The first person I dealt with wasn't my nice, she was on the rude side. The second person was very nice, but she didn't get mine order, right. After just getting done with work I was tired and didn't need that.
Never had a bad experience yet!
