Have always liked their sandwiches. I ordered 2 French dips; the bread was twice the normal size as before and we may have had one slice of meat on each side. We will not go back if this is how you are going to treat your loyal customers and raise prices.

Was told the oven was broken so no apple fritters. Portion size small for the cost of the meal. Roast beef portion was small and sliced super thin. Okay service.
Arby's had no roast chicken available and the fries were awful. Absolutely ridiculous to have no chicken at mid-day.
Fries were cold, meat was in a huge ball, nobody else in line, and heaven forbid we pay with a $50 for a $30 order.

Customer service is poor. I expressed my concern over the chicken salad not being prepped correctly. I informed them that it had too much mayonnaise and that my daughter worked at another Arby’s and was told “go there then”. Not good service at all!
Food is as reliable as a chain can be. Drive thru is way too slow however. Very, very, very slow.
Friendly & reminds you or asks if you need sauces, salt etc. Very efficient & food HOT, Very important. HEFF = HOT, Efficient Fast & Friendly ?
