I have gotten all carbonated no syrup sprite 2 times in a row! I asked for another one, they didn’t give it to me. The foods good but they don’t put any effort into their drinks, wouldn’t recommend getting drinks here!

This is the 3rd time I've had to ask for them to turn the menu light on because it's dark out lol. The first two times I was told they couldn't because lights are broken. This time he sounded annoyed but turned them on. I went down the road to get gas and on the way back noticed the lights were off again. Clearly they want everyone to think they are closed. This was 3 hours before closing. I would recommend not going to Arby's on gull road after 4-5.

Tried the steakhouse burger for the first time. Not bad, just don’t expect to get what they show in the commercial. Nowhere near as much meat and pretty sloppy. But not horrible taste.

Usually have amazing service and food at this location. Received old fries and my chicken Sandwich was horrible. Called back to the location and was told by the “ manager” that he personally watched my sandwich get made fresh……..impossible! Very disappointed ?

The opening time for this location is entirely incorrect. Paid for my meal using the mobile app, got to the store and and there was absolutely nobody there. The store actually opens at 10am. Very displeased with the fact that this could even happen. Change your times.

This Arby’s is always amazing. I placed a mobile order and unknown to me, they were closing early due to staffing issues. I told the drive thru worker I had placed a mobile order, and they had me pull up to the window, show them my receipt on my phone, and made my food fresh. No hassle, no grief, just profusely apologizing and made sure my order was 100% correct and filled. They always go above and beyond!

Still friendly and helpful. They do not sell lawn mowers or Milwaukee products anymore. Still had a key made got a gas can no big yank. I'd rather but stuff here than from a nose picker at a box store.

Arby's always seems fresh when I go. I can't say that for too many drive thru restaurants anymore, it's hit or miss with others.

Tonight we were going to order domino's and have an eat out night. We'll an hour and a half we didn't get our order we canceled and had a very bad experience that ruined our whole night. We thought we'd give it one more shot and headed to Arby's to try and salvage our dinner for us and our family. We got in the drive through. Got through quickly.. got up to the window with a smiling face. ANAKIN by far changed the entire tide of our night. He was through with our order asking sauces twice to make sure and a drink carrier (which is rare now). He had friendly conversation and just overall made our experience 5 stars. Thank you for the wonderful experience I hope anakin gets the recognition he deserves

People were being stuck in the driveway because of poor snow removal. Ample time was given as it hadn't snowed for 2 plus days . Food was not fresh even after waiting for over 10 minutes. The premium nuggets and tenders that were ordered came out barely warm as well as the fries. Also we only asked for one sauce with the entire order and did not receive it in our bag. Had two orders of cheese sticks without a single marinara, even after request.
