Clean and nicely remodeled. The 2 for 6 chicken ranch sandwich was just a couple of chicken strips on a bun with some toppings. The 2 for $6 classic roast beef was hot and juicy. All the tables were clean in the dining room.
The sandwich was good, but they said they did not have milkshakes even though they were on the menu board.
The food here is always pretty good, although they have a tendency to be a bit slow (+ do NOT bother waiting in line at the Drive-thru ... it's only a waste of gasoline ⛽.ALSO... management here really needs to take a bit of time to train a few of the employees here, in regards to **GOOD** Customer Service! Several foul-mouthed employees (especially one young man in particular, who seemed as if he was in a challenge to see how many times he could (loudly) use the "f***" word per 30 seconds!! ? Plus, an older woman there (I heard someone call her, "Michelle" wasn't all that much better! Sad! "Welcome to Arby's!! We'll gladly serve you a nice helping of curse words to assail your ears while dining inside..."**(This "Michelle" is the short, REALLY loud one!)** ???
This Arby’s has the friendliest and happiest staff I’ve ever met! Good food and very clean.
Had the new wagyu burger. Pretty good. It's on par with red robin or culvers
Shake machine is being replaced and no word on when they will get a shake machine as of this review April 8th 2022, fried items are fried to order as well. This is great because everything is fresh. I wish they would make this normal practice at all Arbys. The workers are awesome at Cork street very curious and quick. They work as a team. Best thing to do is use the coupons from the flyers if you wanna save money.
I was in the store on Friday night. It was busy we patiently waited. Which took 10 min to order. We order our food. Both were market fresh one was a BLT one was turkey. We look at our sandwiches and no tomato and there was melted cheese on a BLT wait I'll call it BL. So I go up to counter to be told we don't have tomatoes. I said you should have let us know before we ordered. I was to by lequtia that they were busy. She then said we had to deal with it. I then asked for a refund. She then got rude and called her mom to come up to store and assault my wife. I will be contacting corporate and the owner. She should be terminated or I will possibly bring legal action .
The customer service was awesome. We had an amazing cashier. It was a very nice place to visit during travel.
Arby's never fails, absolutely love the new spicy options. The spicy fish is great, and the Diablo dare was a winner for sure! Hope they bring it back soon.
Ordered the $6 for 2 fish. Good size portion and quite tasty! Can’t go wrong with their curly fries or their roast beef sandwiches!
