I would give 0 stars if you could. The guy at the window was a total jerk. Starting ordering and got to the drinks and the guy said sorry there is no carbonated drinks so I said no problem I'll take 2 lemonades and again I was told sorry we can't do lemonade either when I said ok nevermind those then and he said great have a nice day when I tried to say I would still like my food he said oh you wanted that. When I said well yes thanks he rudely said have a nice day and cut me off. I've never had someone be so rude. Never go there. Go down the road to the super friendly people.
Like the roast beef sandwiches, french dip so much. They taste fresh
So sad. After working all day. I ordered a buffalo chicken ranch with no Ranch and no lettuce the meal of course because you have to have curly fries and cheese with the dr. Pepper well to my surprise when I got home I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch with lettuce no fries no cheese im so disappointed right now never will I return
Had to wait for WAY TO LONG In The Drive-thru To Place The Order & Then It Wasn't EVEN RIGHT! DOUBTFUL that I will go back to this location AGAIN!
There is ZERO customer service skills in drive thru. The 2 girls working drive thru are Rude and need to be trained on how to be more customer friendly.
My Market Fresh Sandwich was nice and fresh and made the way I requested, but had way too much mayo. One of the guys ordered a chicken bacon sandwich, that came without the chicken. The store quickly corrected their error. The other person enjoyed his fish sandwich on pita bread.
Service is always fast and friendly, and they’re still open late unlike many other places!
Absolute angels at this location saved us from a horrible night. They were friendly and fast. They did mess up our order a little but they made us so happy that we didn’t care. I don’t even like Arby’s food (their shakes are amazing though!) and I would STILL come back here.
Good chicken sandwich. Horrible customer service at the drive thru. Been there a few times and the guy working the window could absolutely care less about you. Honestly he's worthless
Grabbed a bite through the drive thru was helped by Ashtin. He was friendly and patient. I never eat there, and had to look over the menu. I was very satisfied. Food was hot and plentiful.
