Was having a rough day and my bartender Amy was EVERYTHING!!! My sangria's were on point and she made sure my food was out in a timely manner. She was sooooo sweet and friendly. I was visiting from Nashville TN but if I come back I will definitely go see my sweet bartender Amy.
The server was very kind and attentive to our needs. Food was delicious as always. Sure to get repeat business from me.

Been here a few times. Sometimes the food is not good and not even very warm, sometimes it's hot. Usually seated quickly and get your food within about 20 minutes of ordering. Shark bowls are amazing!
Applebee's food is trash. It's all frozen and pre made garbage. They actually served me a steak that had been microwaved instead of grilled, undercooked chicken, cold soggy fries and more. It's hit or miss honestly. I've had great meals there and I've had terrible ones.
Yesterday we ordered car side to go. The guy whom took our order "Darby" is excellent at his job and so kind! He's great at remembering previous customers. And the food was amazing! I'm a repeat customer and I love the service on Gull rd. Alex the manager, he's got a great personality and kindness with talking to customers. I also love Darby's unique style. So stylish and fashionable.
No complaints, very nice waitress, good food, hot, wasn't a long wait. Was a very peaceful Valentines Day Dinner. And to top it off drinks were made just right!! ?
Applebee's is always dependable. Haven't had a bad meal at any of them I've visited. The skill of the servers often vary, (throughout the chain), and on this occasion we were served by one of the best. Nice personable young man with a few tasteful tattoos who has the right instincts to be attentive without being interrupting.I also like the variety of Applebee's menu. Weather I'm after something casual like a burger or a real dinner I always find something to please me. Of course having the option of something from the bar is a nice plus. But I must say my desert was too big for me to finish. No always a bad thing.
Came in on Saturday for dinner with my parents after a long day at work. Our server was Emily and she was an absolute gem! She was super friendly, funny and took care of everything we needed. 10/10 service on her part we will definitely be back because of her! Food was good with affordable drinks, can’t go wrong.
I've never been so disappointed. Took 10 minutes for the waitress to come by and take our drink orders, then she forgot one when she brought them to us. We asked for silverware 3 times before we finally got some, 5 minutes after our food came out, but we had to use plastic utensils because they didn't have any clean. The place wasn't even busy. Maybe had 15 people in there, including us. Was going to ask to speak to a manager but after already being in there for 2 hours, we just paid and left. We will never be returning there again. I dont know if it was just laziness or pure incompetence, but this is the worst dining experience I've had in ages. If I could give negative stars I would.
