Went here just to get some food with friends, and ended up with the best service I’ve ever had! Our waitress Maggie was awesome in every sense of the word — she’s got a great personality, was super attentive, and was cool enough to help us to play a joke on one of our friends during our time there. Every star given is just for Maggie!
Like this place. Good staff. Ate there last week, small sirloin, pretty good. But the broccoli was ridiculous. Old and should have been thrown out a week ago. But no, they were serving it to their customers. The manager agreed and took money off my bill.We returned today, figured they threw out their nasty inventory of expired broccoli. Nope, I got another serving of it.Why didn’t the manager throw out the expired inventory? It was mushy, and very bad. The salmon and mashed potatoes were just fine.Come on Applebee’s management, you can do better than this!
Most of the food was decent. I wouldn't say stellar. But the service was good if inexperienced. I would suggest they change the fryer oil a bit more often. I could taste that in the cheese bites. The overall experience was above average, but normal in a chain restaurant.
Had the Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo and was actually very good. I sat at the bar and the service was excellent!
Never got my meal until after everyone else was done with theirs and the french fries were cold, No one got silverware or napkins even to eat their appetizers with, we had to eat them with our fingers.Only one person got a straw with their drink and we asked for a straw never received it.We asked to speak to the manager and we was told she was too busy to come out and see us and we said that we would wait but still never came out.I will never visit another applebee's anywhere because they are all this way.I asked to be compensated for the bad service for my meal and they only took off a small portion. They really need to take into consideration on retraining there employees.
Been here 3 times. First 2 experiences were great. Good food and servers. Unfortunately I'm not sure if they changed management or what. First, was sat at a dirty table. Second, we made sure to place our order after 9pm, but management did not want to honor their late night pricing. I hope the $10 extra was worth it, cause I am not coming to this location again.
My three friends and I just ate here and had the server Kiana. We seemed to have been an inconvenience to her. Twenty minutes to get drinks. My friends food was cold by the time she ate because we had no silverware and we had to wait for her to drop another drink order which is apparently a very hard task. I have never had a server be so abruptly short and it was hurtful to see other tables in her section receive caring service and meals/drinks in a timely manner. There was quite literally zero effort put into our experience to the point where I had to check myself if I had wronged this person in a distant life or something! I cant believe we just spent $67 here.
My server Maggie last week was amazing. I came in town from Florida to visit a friend and was very pleased with her level of attentiveness and kindness. She also recommended I get a fun drink so I ordered a strawberry Margarita and it was *chefs kiss*.
Hate the tacky table stickers for a fine dining experience. Thought I was at a Taco bell. The sample platter has become a cheapened experience I will not buy into. The menu is cheapened down as well not impressed limited options for veggies and sides.
Me and my family came here on a Sunday night expecting to have a good time .. and we did!!! You can never go wrong with the Chicken tenders, quesadilla, and shrimp tex mex bowl!!!!! so delicious and i will be bringing my 2 kids back xoxops. the mucho bowl drinks are a must ;)
