We came here for dinner and it was very windy so we kept our reservation for inside. The first table we were seated at one of us would be staring into the sun due to the building design, so we asked to be moved and it was a bit better. I'm surprised they don't have some type of window covering to raise and lower, but I noticed the next couple turned their table sideways so there is that option. The waiter was good, our food came out quickly and was hot. My husband had the shrimp and grits and I had the pork chops. We both had the side caesar salad. His portion was smaller than mine. The pork chops were huge. For the price, we probably would only come here for special occasion (it was our anniversary).

The food and drinks are high quality with many varieties to choose from. They offer Vegan and Gluten Free choices. We sat outside to enjoy our meals. Inside and outside is very pleasant and elegant. We had the grilled Salmon and enjoyed every bite. Highly recommend.

Very good experience overall. Food is great. Highly recommend. We called ahead and was told that we might have to wait for a table, got there and waited 5 minute's and got great service.

The food and atmosphere here were amazing. Top notch and a one of a kind experience. Service was pretty good for such a full house.

I had high expectations since there are several great brunch places in Kalamazoo but this place just didn’t hold up. I had BIB Benedict, the pork belly was tough and dry, the poached eggs were hard boiled, and there just wasn’t enough hollandaise to compensate for those issues. My husbands chicken for the chicken and waffles was also very dry and the waffle was dense and tough. The waitress was nice and took a 2 star review on the food up to 3 stars.

Dirty Martini ? on point and served in a throw back prohibition glassAppetizers;Charcuterie board was enjoyable, first time having pickled apricotsSmoked Salmon Dip - DELICIOUS - I asked for some tomatoes with itVegan corn tamales outstandingEntrees;1.Black & Blue Salmon salad with blue cheese and blue cheese dressing. I love blue cheese but the combo of the blue cheese crumbles with blue cheese dressing, overpowered the salmon. The blacked salmon was cooked perfectly but I ended up just eating it plan. If you order this, I would ask for a vinegrette instead.2. Pork Chop with Mushroom Bread Pudding - WON the best dinner that night. Holy smokes was that mushroom bread pudding good.3. Marinated chicken and veggies, both items cooked just right and tasty4. Burmese red pork, the flavors dance and are just the right combo of spice/smoke while the pickled radishes enhance the flavorsWine selection could have been much betterService, pretty good did have to remind of a couple thingsDesserts were all okay. Skip the flan and go for the brownie, which you can get with ice creamAll in all - place was great and seems to consistently put out delicious meals.

Food was delicious! My friend had the ramen bowl, her first step outside of packaged noodles and she will be back for more.I indulged in a trifecta of pregnancy cravings - fries were crispy and perfect and the aoili was fire. Brussels were cooked so well - crispy outsides, soft insides, yummy balsamic glaze on top. And the belly of the beast - so so good. I wish there was more gojuchang but otherwise the pickled veggies, pork and noodles were so wonderful! Cannot wait to return for brunch sometime! Our server was ok - he was busy and didn't refill our drinks but otherwise adequate. The food really shined!

Only came in for a cocktail with my mom. Customer service was great and very friendly. The cocktail was delicious and also had a cup of baked potato soup that really hit the spot.

Just wow. Innovative, clean cuisine. Sit at the bar and watch the talented chefs. Gorgeous atmosphere with world class cuisine.

We were really looking forward to dinner last night for Kalamazoo’s restaurant week & chose 600 Kitchen & Bar as the menu choices looked interesting. Our server, Garrett, was absolutely fantastic- friendly & attentive. The food, however, was really awful- the tomato bisque was very acidic & desperately in need of more depth of flavor, it tasted like cheap spaghetti sauce. I had a vegetable curry for my entree & it had zero flavor, my husband had the short ribs & they were marginally flavorful. Our dessert was a homemade oreo- the cookie part was hard & completely flavorless, & the filling was even worse. The bill came to just under $100- what a waste of money & time. So disappointing.
