Small restaurant. They do have some indoor seating, a high chair is available if needed. They were nice when taking my order, I only waited about 15 minutes for my to go order to be ready. The cod was very good. The chicken was OK. The fries were not worth ordering. The potatoes and gravy did lack a lot of flavor. The rolls, were ok. The Mac and Cheese, well, I did not like it. I did pay over 60$ for the food I purchased. I probably will not go back. I am sure a lot of people enjoy them, just not for me.
The three stars earned were because the chicken was amazing but unfortunately it was downhill from there. My roll had mold on it and the kitchen staff was fighting about someone named Tom.
First time we have been at Whites. It was delicious and very fast friendly service. So much better than kfc. Definitely will be back
This little gem is busy and the chicken was as expected… lots of chatter at gas stations and local shopping places. Folks talking so I listened & it didn’t disappoint!
The BEST fried chicken and delicious coleslaw! Very friendly and efficient staff. We got the 2 breast dinner with 2 sides and split it. We also ordered an extra side. $13.08! Plenty for 2! Definitely recommend!
Mediocre food. Staff was nice and the restaurant was clean if older. Wanted to eat at a locally owned diner, and this one is.
Very disappointed with my experience today. I am from Jackson but have moved away years ago. I was trying to send dinner to a dear friend who just had a loss in the family. Figured I would have Whites make the meal. Instead I felt I was lied to as I was told they do not expect credit cards over the phone. Hmmmmm Well wound up spending157.00 plus tip at Olive garden and they had a great meal. I do try to support local spall buisness as I own one myself but someone really dropped the ball at Whites Chicken....
Two stars for the customer service otherwise this deserves a huge zero. Ordered chicken, mashed with gravy and a cheese steak hoagie. Nothing tastes like the place I have eaten my whole life. I don't know where they got this new giant roll for the hoagies but it's a big no. Very disappointed!
Absolutely Best chicken in the mitten!!They have the juiciest breast and their Mac n' cheese is Top shelfIf you drive thru Jackson without Whites Chicken, you have already lost out on Delicious!!
Very busy place but pleased with service. I can see the employees are doing the best they can considering all that is going on. Being short staff. Not getting deliveries. Etc . but i just want u all to know I appreciate u and ur hard work.. And to Jamie and the other young lady that works the counter. U ladies are so quick efficient and professional.. Yeah Whites!!!
