Your French fries are horrible. You lost my business when you changed to the skinny things with peeling on them. Burger King has the fattest saltiness delicious fries.
Got charged 3 sperate times for a order I did not receive because their app was acting up tried contracting customer service twice and still have gotten no response it's been three weeks....
Last night 2/10/22 (725pm-730pm) I went through the drive thru and the lady taking the order is being very rude. Still no ice, there was only one car ahead of me there was no reason to be rude or rush a customer. I hope everything gets better for this location.
Love this place, the frosties are really good and I do not think I am the only one who dips their fries in them, their burgers are really good and the staff is really awesome, they are usually very fast and everything seems to be made extremely fresh, I would totally recommend this to anyone who likes square burgers and fast food places named after girls.
We helped build the Wendy's headquarters in Ohio and real food nice size servings worth the small gouge in your wallet compared to all the other shrinking burgers and never was big tacos.!.
This location has been out of ice for over a week. Your right next to Meijer why don't you go buy bags of ice until your ice machine is fixed or replaced. Used to think this location was the best in Jackson.
Drive thru experience was good. Was a really long line, but Wendy's staff did a great job keeping the line moving. We got our order quickly.
