Our experience was lovely! Our waitress Sherry was especially friendly and made it a great experience. My sister was here from Lansing and I wanted to show her what Jackson had to offer.
Caleb was an awesome server......we had a four top. however was more than ok. to let us move to a six top as first timers with kids coming for first time. amazing experience. telling everyone. food, service etc

Stopped here for a not very quick lunch. Menu offering is typical bar-grille fare. I had some chicken wrap thing, nothing wrong with it but really wasn't very memorable either. Service was slow. They do have a pretty good beer list although I didn't sample that being a working lunch. Looks like it might be OK for hanging out after work.
First time having the food. We order 20 bone-in wings with 4 different sauces & an order of onion rings. Everything was pretty good. Four stars only because the wings were all in the same box with the 4 different sauces & the portion of onion rings was about 5. Would order again & try something different.
My husband and I went on Saturday for dinner. There was a wait for a table, but it wasn't long, and they'll give you a call so you can stroll downtown while you wait. He had a chicken Caesar wrap and I enjoyed the tenders with the house sauce. Everything was hot and fresh, and tasted very well. The server was friendly, and efficient. The only complaint I could make was that it was very loud-like, couldn't hear our server loud. But, it has a fun bar atmosphere, and we enjoyed our visit and would definitely return!
We love this place! Tenders are BIG and delicious. All our sides and apps were really good. Great beer selection. Well priced. Good, fast service. Sauces are tasty and different.
Love the food, HATE the service! My recommendation if you like to order carry out, would be to order from somewhere else! Dirty Bird doesn’t have a way to place your order online, and their bartender is too busy to answer the phone.When they DO answer the phone, they ask to place you on a brief hold, but they never come back to the phone! Really I waited 30 minutes for someone to come back to the phone and take my order, just to hang up and order food somewhere else.This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. And I’ve been holding back this review because the food is good. If a manager sees this, retrain your staff, get an online ordering system, and make phone orders a priority. You’re missing out on a lot of business if you don’t answer your phone!
Always try something new on menu and always happy with meal. Last visit we had gotten some more than done fried pickles. To say the least. The waitress was ready and willing to get a fresh batch without our asking to then explain she wanted us to enjoy the full correct flavors. It was much appreciated. And did absolutely make the difference on us ordering them again! Thank.you!
We ordered pick up, one of the orders was completely incorrect. All of the food was cold and soggy. We picked it up as soon as it was ready. We called to ask about getting the incorrect meal taken off, the lady said she could not remove just one item. She rudely offered to re-make it, which is not helpful on lunch hour. Overall poor quality, and even worse customer service.
