The food was awesome, our waitress (Pam) was the best and always checked on us in passing. The only think I was disappointed in was that Texas Roadhouse no longer offers military discounts :(
We sat there for over an hour and finally got our food that was supposed to be med well! Now who would send there food back after waiting this long? So I complained about it and there service manager BRANDON walked up and said” I checked the time and you got here a hour an six minutes ago so I don’t know what you want me to do” well I want you to address the problem not create a bigger one because your the manager but I see now You are the problem BRANDON! How are you a manager and how are you going to say it’s okay to get your food a hour an six minute ago or even 50 minutes for that matter? Never will I spend a dollar there again.
I have been to a few of these them roadhouses and have been let down, but not this one. Delicious! The service was fantastic. They have plenty of plaques on the walls to prove why they are awesome! I have been spoiled here. The steak was cooked to perfection around the whole table and what about those buns?! I wish I lived closer to enjoy this place more frequently. If in the area, and want delicious food and great service, I highly recommend this place!
The food and service are great… what they didn’t point out was that they knew their floor is melting with the dimmed lights you can’t easily see it. So they let us walk right through this tar like substance they put on their floor without saying anything (no signs to avoid or anything) until leaving I notice black tar stuff all over my daughters new tennis shoes, I’m looking at her shoes like where did this come from, looking at the floor and there is this large spot that is a mess with shoe prints everywhere… I ask our waitress and she says yes, when the floor gets hot it melts and it’s a mess, she then warned us to be careful walking into our house because she’s accidentally tracked it all over hers before ?♀️ So I get to apparently buy dinner and new shoes again.
they have the most tender steak and they season it to perfection! my son is mowing down my leftovers as we speak! the green beans are one of a kind! and the staff members are kind, funny & efficient! great food & great service! you won't be disappointed!
Great food. The best deep fried pickles around Jackson. Crunchy not soggy...mom yummy! Of course steaks and other food are awesome as well. Had a burger there for the first time. Now thats a real burger. Great customer service.
Went in for a good easy steak and some fries, but honestly the steak was much better than I was thinking especially when dipping in the garlic sauce made for the shrimp. Fries were seasoned perfectly and complemented the steak well. Overall was great and made me remember why I have been craving itOnly bad thing is currently they are out of a lot of soft drinks due to supplier not filling up the carbonation, but that is not their fault so I cant hold it against them
Food is always cooked perfectly. I love their rolls with cinnabutter!They're always busy, so I'd strongly advise calling ahead to get on the waiting list; otherwise, walk-in wait times range from 45 minutes to 3 hours.
The best steak I've had in Jackson EVER!!! The rest of the meal was good too. Our server Tiana was great! I'm not a big fan of the sweet rolls. Regular rolls with a whipped garlic butter would be better. I'll definitely be back!
This restaurant was awesome!! Started out with a couple drinks. Those were Soo good!! Then I ordered ribs and those just fell off the bone. Overall, great atmosphere, really good drinks and fantastic food!!!!!
