Probably the worst fast food establishment I've ever stepped in. Without discussing the quality of food which was the worst taco bell I've ever had, or the employees who don't know what they are doing, let's talk about the management. I witnessed the store manager on her laptop in the dining room ignoring her employees asking for help. She was vaping on a breeze right in plain sight
Waited about an hour for dine in. Employees were concentrating on drive through. Multiple people canceled there orders. they stilled messed up the order
If I could rate 0 I would. Been waitin over 25 mins inside now. And they've ran threw atleast 30 cars. Still have 2 people waitin before me...
I'm done going to this location. Every time we have to wait 30 to 40 minutes or so in line because they are so slow. And then half the time they mess up the order, or forget items. This time we waited 40 minutes, only 3 cars in line before us and finally drove away after the cars behind us left one by one. Sick of it.
I give this specific taco bell 1 star. And it's not the employees fault. The operation is too cheap to appropriately staff the place. The line for drive thru is at minimum 1 hour. You can cut you labor all you want, but your hurting your guest. The franchisee doesn't know what they're doing. Remove the franchisee ASAP.
A car in front of the line has been at the order speaker in the drive thru with no one in front of them for 22 minutes and counting. Its 9pm on a Saturday night. What great service this place has.
So I was feeling a little giddy today and decided to checkout the breakfast menu after visiting the auto parts store and my "massage therapist" this morning. The line was moving at a steady pace and once I got to the a chance to order , for some reason I panicked and just ordered some potato thing in the value menu and a hard taco for the ride home. The potato thing....thumbs down. But this taco ..this was the best taco EVER that I've had from The Hell and it cancelled out all the bad of Mr. Potato Heads burrito.Gidget The chihuahua would be proud and we salute you with a shot of tequila.
Drive thru experience was fast and polite; the manager was DA BOMB and took our order like a seasoned pro. Definitely recommend the steak quesadilla with sour cream... OFF THE HOOK!! ?❤After reading some of the other comments, all I can say is they must have changed management!!! ?
The drive thru was a little slow but it was totally worth it. A lot of fast food has been slow and you still get food like it was just thrown together but our food was all well made and they went out of their way to label my cravings box as the no sour cream one which is great because I go to the Bell and a lot of times they just dont care and either they completely ignore the minus sour cream or it's an unlabeled guessing game of opening up burittos and tacos to check. All this to say, the food was good and Ill wait in a drive thru of any fast food place if my food is that put togetner.
Drive thru moved a lot quicker than usual since Covid! My taco shells were fresh and the tacos toppings were all present and nicely made! This trip was a success!!
