Not like it used to be. Order from a kiosk in there new dinning room, there's options for extra(sample-extra fries)you pay for them but don't get them! Ordered garlic burger , it was ok but sloppy . Put the shake in glass so you could not take it with you, which made no since because everything else was served in paper. Wasn't impressed.
I've giving 2 Stars since I don't know how long of shifts the 3 workers were on.But OMG, 40 min wait for sit down, and we were the only ones in the dining room.The pace these workers were moving, it was like they had all time in the world.We realized our mistake-we should have ordered in the drive thru, then brought it inside to eat--maybe we could have been catered to by a human instead of a order screen, and no waitstaff. Customer/staff interactions were non existent and a sense of "hustling" is lost.My kids said, "Can we never come back here again?"
I could never hate on this place. So many memories here, and damn they took all my favorite items off the menu, but I still go for the shakes!
We ordered 3 D cheese burgers.2 fry's. The burgers tasted like they had some kind of seasoning on them. Can't say I liked it.
I realize everyone is short handed and I try to be patient. I came in today, was given my drinks and milkshakes and asked to pull forward. No problem at all, except I waited at least 10 to 15 min. My shakes were melting, ok I can live with that. But my fries were in ce cold and not eatable and the burgers were not much better. I have come to expect much better from you. $19.00 is a lot of money to waste.
Really good food at steak and shake, their drive-through times are outrageously long. And the management staff is rather rude, as I said food is good right? But if you're dining in prepare to wipe down your own table
The sandwiches are good but fries are always cold. If you have to wait 5 min for the burger thay could at least make the fries hot too
I went there an hour and a half before close, because McDonald's and Burger King both had their shake machines down.... and I had a craving for a chocolate shake.... so I thought "go to the place with Shake in the name!!! Of course they'll have their shake machines running..."Nope ?♀️I just wanted a chocolate shake after working a 12 hour shift....Suggestion: if you don't sell shakes until close, don't put the word "shake" in your name. Or put up something that says when you shut your shake machines down.I love this place, but I was very disappointed on this occasion.Thank you :(
4 stars for the food.1 star for service.Drive thru employees need to listen better at window. I said the following: 2 orders, 1st order is..... then when I was done with that order I said: thats it, now 2nd order and told her the second order. She still put them together on the bill. Then was frustrated with me! The manager finally helped her to straighten it out. So he took over and I had to re order it all. I had ordered the meal by it's number on their order menu and he asked if we wanted fries with that. I said: it comes with fries. He apologized saying he didn't hear me about what I had orderedj. Well if you are all not hearing us when we order, thats a problem that needs addressed. It took way too long to 'fix' the problem too.
Food was good, except no seasoned fries option like they used to have.Taking 2 point off for the ordering kiosks being unecessarily complicated
