Kayla, who states that she is a manager, treats customers in a condescending fashion. She makes sure everyone knows that she has four kids, and she treats customers as children. She was extremely rude and and I can’t believe she still has a job. It’s obviously only due to the fact that no one can find employees. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never been treated so poorly. Customer service is not performed at Starbucks in Jackson. It’s very sad.
It’s very frustrating when I stop every morning and there are several times I get to work and they have only filled my cup half to 3/4 full.
Cortney is the absolute best when it comes to customer service! 10 out of 5 stars. Please give her a raise.
Ordered through the app for pick up inside since the drive thru is always so busy. Everything was ready when I arrived and delicious!

Honestly I want to give this store the benefit of the doubt every time, but unfortunately every single time I’m in town they screw up my coffee. It’s easier burnt or doesn’t taste like what it’s supposed to be. Think maybe we need a retrain on how to make all the drinks. It’s way too pricey to hate drinking it
Used my birthday gift card to grab a pastry and a hot chocolate, and my husband a coffee and pastry. The line is always wrapped around the building, but moves quickly. The employees are super friendly, even with how busy they must be. Good quality is pretty standard for a Starbucks, you get what you expect.
Love this starbucks! That being said they must be short staff as they close early this week and last at 6p,I'm a frequent customer 3-4days a week before my shift for work at 10p and now can't get my coffee not to happy!! Update ur hrs so people don't drive there to find out your closed!
