The company ordered lunch from this location today and my meal was absolutely disgusting! They started by giving my soggy toast that I know had been sitting for quite some time. I asked for sour cream and salsa on the side and did not receive any. Then my "home fries" (these scallop potato looking things) were super crispy like chips, and others were undone. Lastly, I found a blonde hair in my omelette. YUCK!!! And they have the nerve to not want to give a refund for being completely unsanitary. I will never order from there again. Just trifling!
Roosters has always been a good place to eat with good service, but today was the worst service we have ever had anywhere. Our server was so busy telling everyone about her responsibilities and wasting time chatting that our food set on the pickup counter until when finally brought to us it was cold. She continued to talk about how much she had to do instead of serving her customers. Needless to say it will be a long time before we return, if ever. They had plenty of servers and cooks, so she had no excuse for such poor service.
This little restaurant is very conveniently located. Serving good old-fashioned food with excellent service. Both of us in my party had liver and onions. How many people are saying yuck right now? ? Let me tell you, it's an acquired taste over years of being fed as a child.The menu offers many other items to choose from as well. Not only that, for all those breakfast lovers, BREAKFAST IS SERVED ALL DAY DAY!
Ordered breakfast, waitress forgot to give my order to the cook. Eggs were not cooked enough, bacon was basically raw, toast and coffee were good. Not really the cleanest place either.
Definitely my favorite place to go in Jackson. Food is always good, never disappoints!

Took my daughter and family had a great time and food found a friend while inside and he joined us had a great atmosphere about the place will come back for more and hopefully you check it out for yourselves ?
Great place to eat. Friendly staff good food. Great prices! They are always crowded but they are fast at getting you seated and served. They even have a pick up window.
A great little diner. It was rather busy when we were there, yet we got our food rather quickly and it was really good. Our waitress was excellent. We will definitely be going back.
Just moved to the area. I've eaten there a few times now and their food is delicious and on point!!! I've always had awesome service by friendly wait staff and to top it all off it's affordable!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!?
