Service was good the food was OK. Our party had a person who is allergic to shell fish so she ordered Chicken fingers but she was told by the waitress that the chicken is fried in the same oil that the shrimp is fried. Now to me I think that is a big mistake as you could make some one very sick. I know it is a seafood place and we could have gone somewhere else but they should have a fryer that is dedicated to non seafood items.
We are a senior couple, who had not been back to Red Lobster since the "pan-damn-ic." Food and top shelf margaritas, still very welcomed. However, we did find portions smaller and prices significantly higher. We understand the necessity for that, but it was a notable change.
Our server was poorly trained . Brought out only one meal for 2 people after ordering 2 of the same meal. She then said she would put in an order for the second meal. That arrived about a half hour later. She never offered to prepare both meals again so they could come out simultaneously and we could eat together. Really bad.
Food was hot, shrimp was very good. Lobster my friend had was extremely small for the price. They seem to be very stingy with there biscuits. They only bring two at a time which is a pain to have to ask for more several times. Overall seemed ok prices are definitely much higher this year.
There is a pick 3 for $15.99 menu deal that is absolutely fantastic. You get a personal appetizer, and entree, and sides. It was very filling and a great value.
It was the middle of a snow storm and everywhere was closed except Red lobster. The staff was prepping to close earlier but they still made my dinner very enjoyable. They made my night while traveling out of state.
Today we had dinner to celebrate our 5 year old son’s upcoming birthday. He was super excited about his upcoming big day and proceeded to tell everyone. Eli made fast friends with everyone. Our amazing server Bethany took great care of us, was super kind to our son, and the food was great- as usual! Bethany even treated Eli to dessert!! The hostess (I did not catch her name- so sorry!) did the sweetest thing- she gathered some of her coworkers and they sang happy birthday to Eli as we are leaving. That was so awesome! Thank you all for going above and beyond tonight. Thank you for making us feel extra special.
Always a great meal. It is however getting quite pricey. Our waitress was exceptional!!
Went here with my son and the food was wonderful as always. Was a bit surprised when the bill came to see how much the prices have went up over the past year. But very nice Christmas meal. Waitress was friendly and helpful.
Good portions, everything was delicious. ?
