I'm using one star because there isn't a NO star option for the review. The girl at the window is so rude. First they forgot one if my burgers, I only realized this once we reached home so I had to drive all the way back then when I asked them they seemed annoyed that I was back,I also mentioned I asked for a medium fries an one large and got 2 medium.I paid for an extra order, they never offered an apology, o the contrary they said to me "don't come back!" And immediately shut the window so I wouldn't say anything I'm definitely not going back and advising everyone I know not to visit this place.Employees visibly have a terrible culture as they support each other's poor manners.
Only ever had one bad experience and they fixed it immediately. Love stopping through here on the fly. Kids love there fry boxes! Im a fan of the new burgers. Always like to try the new. Always have nice experience with employees working.
I don’t understand how people in Jackson hate on Rally’s this place always has a fast drive thru, order is ALWAYS right, they aren’t rushing you to order like other fast food places. And most importantly the food is always pretty good! Can’t go wrong for a quick bite, beats the hell outta McDonald’s!
We placed an order thru Doordash and were missing quite a bit of food. Which is at fault of the restaurant. My husband called to see if we could bring our receipt in and have our food replaced that was missing. The woman who answered was very rude saying there's nothing she can do and then hung up on my husband. I definitely think customer service skills need some retraining.
this is the worst experience I've ever had at ANY fast food place. I was treated horribly and disrespected today at your store and will NEVER come back! and I will be telling EVERYONE I know about my experience here! as well as contacting your corporate office!
The girl with black hair taking orders makes it seem like it’s an inconvenience that you are there to order. Then when we got to the window tried making sure that our order was a meal and rudely shuts the doors while saying something to her coworker. We were missing a part of our meal and the only thing “fresh/warm” were the BBQ wings. Go to the one in Lansing always hot and fresh plus the staff is friendly!!
Found hair in my son food and my husband was there around 1140am threw all of it away when we got home will never eat there again!!! Wast of money ?
Last night as we ordered the workers had hoodies up, earbuds in and vaping in the building. Management was there not sure if she was really worried
Very salty burgers. Barely edible. Love Rally's, but this was a bad experience. Service was really good though.
Rude employees, ended up driving off without our food... wouldn't adjust prices for the 2 for $11... that we ordered specific meals for...
