Horrible!! I got the tuna salad, it was almost $10. Unbelievable. It was like someone opened up a can of tuna and put it straight on the bread, with no mayo and you had to look pretty hard to even find any tuna fish, because there was hardly any on it. If you're going to charge that amount, it should be better than that.

I used "ActiveMenus" to order delivery from Potbelly today. It was my first time using them. I ordered a couple chicken club sandwiches and a cup of chicken pot pie soup. It was my first time trying their sandwiches which was one of the best sandwiches i have had in a long time. The soup was amazing also. Potbelly just became my new go to and ActiveMenus was quick to get our food delivered it was fresh and hot when it arrived and was easy to use.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and neither one had meat on it. Called to get a refund but after I told them why I was calling they immediately put me on hold and left me there. We won’t be going there again

First couple times I went the food and service were good. The last time I went the service was horrible they were rude as hell and the avocado that I did NOT order on my sub was almost black. I threw the sandwich away and went to subway where I’ll continue to go from now on.
