Whoever is working on staff for making pizzas tonight KEEP THEM they made a good pizza! It is 6:50pm on 5-11-22 the pizza was perfect both of them! Good job whoever made my pizza!Also Ben went out of his way to get a 2 liter for us when it was forgotten at the store so that was very nice of him to do!
Visiting Jackson this weekend and from our hotel we ordered our dinner on line at 10:30 p.m. and it was at our room at 10:51. Who has fast accurate delivery service like this nowadays? This was unbelievable!! Thank you!!

I ordered a full order of cheese sticks and there was barely any cheese and they were burnt black. They tried to cover it with parmesan cheese but it was terrible. Also I ordered light sauce and extra cheese on my pizza and it was heavy on sauce light on cheese. Overall I was very disappointed with this Pizza Hut.
Breadsticks were very hard and if they were cut you could not tell it. I used my rewards to get chicken wings and the sauce was ridiculous it was so salty and so soft that they did not get eaten.
Ordering from the app makes it easy and quick. When we order it comes quicker then we expected. The food is always hot and tasty. Also, the driver is also always friendly too.
The delivery drivers make sure that my orders are accurate.
Got some pizza, wings and drinks before watching the new Spider-Man movie. The food was terrific , even though our cheese bread was forgotten which I understand happens from time to time. The problem was quickly solved by the great staff and I want to the movie happy.
The pizza is always soooooo delicious ? and the customer service is great! My only issue is I can't enjoy their pizza as much as I'd like since they do not deliver to my location which is crazy bc I'm literally 4.8miles away and they deliver to the apartment less than a mile down from me. ?If they would deliver to us, we'd be completely satisfied!
Some little girl keep hanging up on my brother instead of just explaining hours and what not. I get it, it's Christmas Eve, but you just gonna keep hanging up on someone mid sentence/question. And he had to keep calling just to get someone different. Poor customer service.
