Ordered around $50 worth of food for delivery last night and was given a 63 minute estimated delivery time. 2 hours later, still no food. Made a phone call to the store and sat on hold for almost 20 minutes before someone finally answered. I told them I was inquiring about the status of my order, seeing as how on the “pizza tracker” my status had been stuck on “preparing” FOREVER….which is the step after baking, which leads me to believe my order was made. I was informed they were short staffed and it was chaos in the store, and every order placed after 7pm (I placed my order at 7:06) was not being made. I proceeded to ask whether or not they planned on calling me and letting me know that my entire order was just never going to arrive and they told me they were trying to clean up first. As a person who works in the customer service industry, this is just absolutely BONKERS. I wasted TWO HOURS waiting for food that was never going to come, when I could’ve ordered from somewhere else if someone would’ve kindly just contacted me to let me know it was too busy. Very disappointed and shocked by this level of customer service.
My older brother ordered a pizzaAdvertise at $13 but when you get delivery your charged $19 It's to be expected it's delivered However on receiving the pizza you could not eat itBecause it had been setting probably for hours in there joint.The crust was totally dried out and chewy. We didn't want to take the risk of swallowing it care of choke on it.You would think, you're paying $19 for pizzaThat they would cook it up and it would be nice and hot this pizza ? was lukewarm.They've definitely will never receive another order
I ordered Papa Johns with DoorDash and DoorDash never found a dasher for me, after waiting 2 hours I cancelled my DoorDash order, the store was closed for carryout at this time and they still let me come pick it up and didn’t charge me for my order due to the inconvenience. The food was delicious and totally hit the spot! Food wise I would recommend because the pizza is one of the best around, but this specific Papa Johns and the staff there went above and beyond to make sure I could have the pizza I ordered!
Ordered 1 small pizza online at 9:25PM with an estimated delivery of 40 minutes. Pizza was delivered at 10:55PM barely warm. If I'd had known it was going to take an hour and a half to get, I wouldn't have gotten Papa John's.

Used to love their pizza, but last time we ordered from them there was hardly any toppings or cheese on the pizza. Worst pizza we've had in a LONG time! I couldn't even finish 1 piece! Will not be ordering from them any longer!
First call was great. Told 12:45 it would arrive. Third phone call at 1:20pm, person was rude. No discount for remaking and sending out pizza, only other option was to cancel. Canceled my order, now I have to make sure I get my credit back.
ordered from this place and specifically ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza. They delivered a vegetable pizza and stated they were short of delivery drivers, which was fine. They said the vegetarians called because they received a meat pizza. They offered to remake but would be over an hour and 45 minutes to get to us. They also offered a refund, which I took because the pizza looked disgusting! I took the 22.00 refund offer and never received a dime! We also tipped the driver! This was our second time ordering in desperation from Papa John's! NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your money.
Small place. Nice employees. They very busy so even though I ordered online for a time in the future my order was still late
We were from out of town, staying at a hotel. We placed an order online for delivery. It said that there was a issue with our card but the charge had already showed up on our bank account. We called to straighten it out. The man was rude. He said that there system does that a lot and we just can't order from them tonight. We asked if we could pay cash and we were told we could not then he hung up on me.
