i ordered online for my food to be delivered and it told me it would be there at 1:40pm. by 3:40 i still hadn’t gotten it and i called and talked to a manager and she was SO sweet and polite. She replaced my food and threw in a cookie and had my food to me as quick as she could. Accidents happen but it’s all about how they get handled, my food was hot and so delicious.
Worst possible customer service.. they forgot six waters that were to be delivered. I called immediately after receiving the order minus the waters. The manager named Ally informed me that she would not be refunding my waters. It wasn’t her fault lol. To me this is stealing, they charged me for product I did not receive. I will absolutely be taking further action.
This Panera is very nice and clean. The kiosk ordering site is a little wonky as most of the tablets were not working but the employees are friendly to order with
Love the food. We use the kiosk to order so we really don't have much contact with staff. But we're always greeted with a smile and a hello.
Panera Bread needs no introduction. The Turkey Chili is yummy and warms the soul. The cobb salad is a must. Worth every dime. Don't forget to tip!
Beware of the morning manager. She can be short with customers. We've given her a few chances, but it's not getting better. Anytime they've messed up, she handles it poorly. There are much friendlier breakfast options in Jackson.
Good food and great service- use the app, it saves a lot of time.
Don't get a large order when at work .. not only do you not get it sent out you have to go fetch it once you have time for me that was 8 hours later.. I was starving!! This is two for two tries!!
The people that work there are the best,very friendly,food is great as well.
The pepperoni sausage flatbread pizza was NOT wonderful. .the toppings were skimpy and the cheese was very minimal... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
