Food was good as usual, that's the only reason for second star. Janine O. took my order on the drive thru and was very rude and condescending. They rung my order up wrong and when I tried to bring it to her attention she cut me off and said "sir, I know what I'm doing, I'm very good at me job". When I tried again to explain what was wrong she cut me off again and spouted my order back to me. I got the right food somehow, but my receipt had the wrong food on it, as it was rung up wrong. She may be good at her job of handing food out the window but she lacks people skills and that will hurt this restaurant. Customer service is huge with me as well as many consumers. I have no problem never going back to a restaurant no matter how much I love the food, if the customer service is rude
2 days in a row went for sweet fire chicken near closing was a reasonable for not having any but none at noon? Lazy much
Nasty! Got my food, it’s was luke warm.. the egg roll was cold and hard and there was probably 3 small pieces off beef, hardly no broccoli & a ton of stale rice. It looked like it was sitting for a long time or just reheated. Went back, they made me a “fresh order” the egg roll was burnt, food was JUST warm enough.. didn’t give me any sauce or napkins. Beside that the flavor of the food was bland & the egg roll was literally the WORST I’ve ever had. ??????

Orange chicken was good. Broccoli beef was better. Egg roll was kind of soggy. Sevice was quick. Price is low.
I ordered online to avoid the drive thru, but the lobby was closed and there was no way to contact people instead. They didn't answer the phone, so I'm in the drive thru anyway.... Why aren't they restricting the ability to do online orders is I can't really do it anyway?
I went just as they were opening up (I didn't realize at the time it was that early) but the lady that took my order was very nice and helpful with recommendations. The food was super fresh and was delicious!
I don’t understand how they can forget the sweet and sour/soy sauce EVERY time you ask for it. Their rice is quite dry so I end up wasting my money whenever they don’t give me sauce to go on top of my bland rice, which like I said before, is EVERY TIME.
Usually very good. Once or twice the Orange chicken was a bit very on the vinegar taste. Otherwise, very tasty.
Usually busy. I scheduled take out and they had it ready on time.
