Was in on the 6th of June a couple weeks back. Food was great as usual. We experienced a very rude older waitress. I imagine she was unhappy to wait on my self and the others I was with as we are a younger crowd. She was very disrespectful when we asked about the unlimited food options. My young sister did not order anything as she was not very hungry. Myself and my girlfriend ordered food in which we received less than half a salad bowl before our food. Meanwhile another younger couple sits directly across from us with a different waiter and received a bowl of salad and bread enough to feed a couple FAMILIES. When we asked for more bread she was less than happy to bring us more. Again food was great but I will not be eating here under her care again.
Great food and really good service. We called ahead and our family of 9 was seated when we got there! I am gluten free and I had my own choices and enjoyed a great salad of my own and added chicken. They also had gluten free rotini noodles and the menu was marked with a 'g' for gluten free items which was really great. We had a wonderful time
Took my mom in for dinner, we were looking through old pictures and tearing up the entire time. My mom is really talkative and can come off needy and such but she was in the industry for 30 years and myself have been for 8. I just want to share how amazing our server makenna** was. We were a bit needy and my mom over shared but our server made us feel at home. Best service hands down, she is a rock star and deserves all of the props. Get it girl
The food and drinks were delicious. Atmosphere wonderful as always. However, my friend and I were being rushed through our meal and the waiter gave us food boxes without us even asking for them. We tried to enjoy our meal but the waiter kept asking us how was our food every 4 minutes. We couldn’t even joy each other’s company.-I love Olive Garden but I feel some extra trainer needs to take place.
The manager Jennifer was incredibly helpful! My dad and I accidentally went to the wrong Olive Garden and they were amazing. Jennifer called the other Olive Garden and got our order and was so kind and had amazing customer service. I would definitely come here again thanks to this wonderful experience and would review this with more stars if I could! The staff is so kind I highly recommend eating here again!
First time I'd ever been to this Olive garden. The waitress was outstanding. The food was amazing. Got the never-ending soup and salad bar the breadsticks and chicken marsala with alfredo. It was spectacular. They didn't have cherry vanilla Coke so the waitress made me some. I'll never drink another store bought vanilla Coke again, it can't compare to what she made. So yes I was 100% satisfied with this visit to Olive garden.
We absolutely enjoyed our family dinner with our new grandson. The service was exceptional, fast and very curtious. As always the food was delicious and we enjoyed mixed drinks, appetizers and dessert. Thanks again for a wonderful meal
Usually pretty happy with this place, but something's changed, drastically. I ordered the shrimp scampi and my wife ordered the chicken scampi. They were both just a bed of noodles with shrimp and chicken tossed in with some fresh herbs. That's it. No butter. No garlic. And the only Parmesan was what the waitress shredded on. The scampis I know and love involve sautéing in butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. It took a long time to get our food, too. Our waitress was great, though.
I just gotta do it, 5 stars! Two visits in two months and both were great experiences. I hadn't eaten at an olive garden in over a decade but last month after an intense bowling session the gang and I needed some food. We pulled up a little late, but the staff assured us it was no problem (always feels rude to roll up to a business right before they close). Our hostess was personable and hilarious. Great server, he was funny and attentive and felt like he was part of our crew. Our second visit recently was Saturday night, the 15th. Everything was once again wonderful. Staff was personable and friendly, especially our server. He was one of the most attentive servers I've had in recent memory. I'm thinking the folks working at this Jackson location have a pretty good team going for themselves right now. I hope olive garden is paying these folks a fair wage, because from what I can tell they are going above and beyond what I'd come to expect from a chain restaurant. One last thing, the calamari is the best you'll find. Breading, texture, consistency....Gordon Ramsay himself would be stoked on those bad boys.
We’ve gone here twice this winter and have been very happy with our food and the service both times. We went over the weekend and got calamari and it was perfect. Our entrees were right on point as well. We got the chocolate lasagna cake to take home and it was amazing. Olive Garden had never been my favorite place but these last couple visits changed that. We move that we can go get a nice meal with huge portions for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place for your next dinner out!
