What the heck. We showed up at 7:28, there was no cars in line…completely dead. We ordered our food and we’re told to pull ahead. Not only did we have to wait but so did the next 4 card after us. The first time they came out they gave us most of our order but forgot one of our sandwiches. The kid that was bringing out food took multiple sandwiches out to the wrong cars several different times and completely ignored us. They finally brought us our food at 7:56pm. When we got home we realized that one of our sandwiches had a bite taken out of it. Even made fresh fast food shouldn’t take 28mins. Very disappointing.

Could use better customer service. Fries were half full and cold. Don't like seeing employees in the background on their phones instead of helping. Have to always ask for napkins. Forgets items frequently so I'm always having to check my order before I leave, even if it's just 1-2 meals.
6:45 I'm the am and the kids wanted breakfast. Girl at the speaker had me and the kids absolutely rolling while we ordered. She made us glad we got up extra early to get breakfast. Kids get theirs and eat on the way. Only to get home and find the forgot mine. They get 3 stars because of their hilarious employee. But ruined a good thing when I had 1 hasbrown and not sausage McMuffin for mine. ??
No matter what day no matter what time, this McDonald's ALWAYS has HOT FRESH FOOD. Other McDonald's can learn from this one. Polite employees, fresh fast food. This is a 5 star McDonald's. Thank you for taking pride in what you do.
I had a terrible experience... was charged a la carte for meal items... charged for an item that I did not order... food was hot... staff did make the attempt to fix my order... should have checked my receipt before I left the store... traveling through the area... will bypass this exit for sure!!!
It's a McDonald's; no more no less. Added bonus was there was no drive-through line when I was there mid-morning on a weekday!
The only thing at this store is when they ask you for money when you have paid on their own app.. learn your system.. but they are not rude like West Ave and Prospect store when they don't know their system.. efficient and great.. just be patient
How hard is it to get a two item order correct. These terrible employees want more and more hourly wages yet consistently cannot do the job that was intended for young people getting into the work force. And yet us customers have to pay more and more for service that is far from being what McDonalds has been known for. It’s a sad day when the company actively condone the actions of their employees. They are so scared of the woke political environment that we are all in that they have no problem letting their company’s failing in customer service.
You ask for fresh meat you get the exact opposite even if you specifically ask for it to be fresh, hardly ever get fresh fries, my son bit into his kids meal fry and started crying because the fry stabbed the roof of his mouth. Not to mention none of the people making the food in the back are wearing gloves or hair nets even though they are all men with longer hair! Eat there if you want but I won't waste my money on them anymore.
