Completely Appalling.The blonde Chick who was touching everyone's food (bagging orders and scooping fries) was constantly blowing her nose, and leaving the snotty napkins every where. Then not even trying to wash her hands. You could look at her and visibly tell she was sick. You'd think with covid still being a big thing, that maybe management would have done something about this. But obviously the all mighty dollar is more important. I'll definitely never go back to that location, and I'll let everyone i know in the area to avoid that location as well. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut them down
The drive thru was very impatient and very rude they did not get order correct fries were cold when told they were cold they refused to replace them due to them saying they were just cooked they were old and stale completely 100% they charged my debit card on file without asking me cuz I pulled up the app to use my coupons and since they were ready for me to just hurry up and I was paying in cash but since they didn't want to wait they charged my card instead when confronted they said that there was nothing that they could do about it it was already charged this McDonald's was a joke I would never suggest this one I'll go out of my way 20min away to get to the other one or go somewhere else entirely than to ever go back to this one ever again
I love Lansing ave/Parnell rd McDonald's the most out of all of them. It is clean, the staff has always been pleasant and very rarely are mistakes made on our orders and as a family of 5 we can order quite a bit. The food is also almost always prepared properly and not just throw together, too. I hate getting a sandwich with the patty half off the bun, little to no condiments and it looks like someone sat on it!
Wish I could give zero stars. Chicken sandwhich had obviously been reheated, was dry as can be, not a drop of mayo to help get it down. Ended up purchasing a different sandwhich as this one was not edible. Guessing they knew this because everyone started moving around like they were so busy and took forever to even order another (different type). 5 year old granddaughter was done with her meal by the time I got a new sandwhich.
Well i ordered a quarter pounder the burger was dried out no taste. Ordered a double fillet and got a single. I am not very pleased with the quality of the food
The speaker box mic was down and the person in my party was not able to order at the first window when she pulled up to it after 10 minutes of waiting. A sign should have been placed on the speaker box if it's down and you should let customers order at the window.Telling customers to "have a good day" in a sarcastic tone isn't good customer service.The employees need to learn better customer service skills and do better.This used to be a good location, it's sad that it has gone downhill.
This is the single WORST McDonalds I have ever been too. The service is a -5. I stop here every Friday morning. My order is never right and I usually have to pull ahead and wait. It was 22 mins today.
What is happening to McDonald's? I ordered a Double quarter pounder with cheese meal and drove home to discover an under cooked and almost rare burger. Is it just me or has the quality and service taken a nose dive but they keep increasing the prices. I think I need to take a break from McDonald's and find something else since I have had repeatedly terrible experience with them at every store not just one. Bonus points for no one answering the phone when I called to complain. The phone rang for 15 minutes straight with no answer so I just hung up after getting nothing from them.

Worst McDonald's ever. First time there. Park me 15minutes. Nobody in line. 2 crispy chicken. Came out burned the bun burned the party. No cheese no lettuce. No mayo. Just burned .tried to call. They wont pick up phone. This place should close.
