Went through the drive thru today at around 5:00 pm. I ordered a chicken nuggets meal and asked if the shake machine was working due to so many times before it has been broken, the young man that was working the drive thru said nothing, so I asked him again if the machine was working to get a chocolate shake and he told me to drop the attitude and I said what attitude I'm asking about the machine still he said nothing so I told him I'm leaving have a good day and he told me to F--k off. I was immediately upset I went in and talked to the manager and she said she would have a talk with him but don't know if that will happen so I called cooperate and reported him. I'm almost 60 years old and I will not be talked to that way. So disrespectful. Will never be back there again and I hope this smart mouth little boy as he acted gets fired
Horrible experience and customer service. Mfs want to be too high in the drive thru window to even do simple orders. I went after a long day at work and they left items out of my order. I head back to the store and as I’m doing so I call to tell them the problem and they answer and hang up on me and then hang up all of my calls after that. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. After I went back for my missing items, the ladies at the window become aggravated and extremely rude. I get my items and it’s still the wrong thing. So at this point I’m not going back.
It's McDonald's so....I mean if you've eaten at one then you've eaten at all of them...I will say this place has a decent staff overnight and my order was correct with no errors. Good friendly customer service so I will give them good marks.
Went to one with a kiosk, placed order, paid for meals, grabbed a number so it could be brought to our table and person working counter never brought to our table and didn't even call out our number just one of our drinks. I thought that was the point of a kiosk/number was to have it delivered to table.
The McDonald's experience is more for the kids, they have stepped their game up with the coffee, the different styles of burgers, chicken, and frozen drinks, but at the end of the day seems to be unsatisfying feeling of atmosphere to price ratios...
I started eating at Mickie D when hamburgers were .15 cents. That's all they are worth now I had one hamburger, large fry, and a chocolate shake better part of nine dollars. You use to be able to have a set down lunch for that prices are ridiculously and after the pandemic they won't go down greed rules. Seven percent inflation rest squarely on the Democrats shoulder and yet they won't claim it, just like the crisis at both borders there is a flood of illegal crossing north and south I worry more about who is coming from the north People from Syria, Pakistan, China, India Afiganistan and Iraqi.
I ordered a fish sandwich at the McDonalds on Airport Road, Jackson, Michigan. Opened the box it was half on the bun, dried out like a rock and a half slice of so called cheese that was sliver thin. Totally disappointed. I will not spend my money at this McDonalds ever again. I fed the sandwich to the Seagulls flying around the Meijers Parking lot. The bird fell from the sky after eating pieces of disgusting fish sandwich. Photo posted. No pride in the food or service they provide at this McDonald’s.

the drive through after 9:00 p.m. is way too long of a wait. it could be that they are short staffed or maybe the process for completing orders is not as efficient. but whatever it is it's still a long wait.
The french fries was cold and when we said something about it the lady said the fries just came up, we told her that is not possible. Then didn't say anything about being out of drizzle for the mocha frappe and ask for a coke then didn't refrain the money for the mocha frappe. The lady was very rude bottom line. No strews in the bags. I won't even give it a one.. RUDE NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
