The person taking our order from the speaker, he made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. The next window when the lady took my card she had an attitude and that just ugh, made me feel so mad. then when i got my food there was dirt on the bag of my hamburger. THEN I ORDERED A DR.PEPPER AND THEY GAVE ME DIET COKE!!!!! I am unbelievably, mad, disappointed, i feel disrespected. i cant not believe how bad this place is!

Got a lrg Strawberry banana smoothie with my order.1. Wasn't filled all the way, should of just gotten a medium!2. Was super icey..felt the ice in my throat while drinking!3. Tasted like old coffee! Not even a smoothie!So upset about it, so I tried to call to see if the manager could replace it. NO ANSWER! Called number on the receipt, NO ANSWER!IM SO SICK OF NOT GETTING WHAT I ORDERED. DONT GO HERE, GO TO AIRPORT MCDONALDS. Might be a drive, but so worth it!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Went through the drive thru, told them no tomatoe due to being allergic and my sandwich came STACKED with them! On top of that, the patty was cold and old, then I call and got hung up on, no answer, just picked up and hung up. After that, they didn't bother to answer at all! Worthless!!! Waste of my money.....I tell ya what, I'm gonna start going just so I can turn around and throw their food on the building.....atleast then it's not a complete waste of my money, I'll be entertained watching them wash it off in the freezing cold
Finally, a McDonald's in town worth going to!!! They were fairly busy, but got me in and out in a timely fashion. They were polite. The fries were hot and crispy. And the burger was assembled correctly. This location has renewed my faith in fast food.
Went there at 9:30 pm on Wednesday, December 8th 2021 and it was the worst 3 employee crew I’ve ever had an experience dealing with. Forgot food from my order so I went back around and they almost gave me someone’s meal because there was no communication from the first window to the second window and I sat there for my missing food after repeating myself over and over again I was missing a medium fry. Wasn’t that big of a deal but they were just completely incoherent. My friends used to work there that did their job and kept it running with good service for a long time because it’s easy idk how you mess up that bad working at McDonald’s maybe stop smoking your dinner. Idek. My 13 year old sister could do better. Food was burnt and nuggets were cold as refrigerated food.
I have had several bad experiences at this McDonald's. There have been countless times that I've went to the McDonald's in the morning to get a McCafe coffee and they're cleaning the machines in the morning. Then today I sat in line with both lane open for 10 minutes. 3 other people entered the drive thru after me. A young employee came out of the restaurant only to tell me I had to get out of line because he was closing it. Keep in mind, 3 other ppl pulled in after I did. They went to lane two. I was still waiting to order with one car still in front of me and no one behind me. Don't you think this young man could have put the cones to close my lane after I ordered? No he tells me I have to get out of line and behind the the ppl who pulled in behind me in the other lane in order to order. I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again. And don't recommend it to anyone else!! I was embarrassed, insulted, and hurt that this was done to me.
Stood at counter for 10 minutes. Employee walked past but didn’t acknowledge me. After getting the attention of an employee that had walked by at least three times I was told she was too busy to take my inside order because there were only three people working and they were busy with the drive through. Never even got to place an order!
We had a horrible experience. It started with waiting at the counter for at 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us to take our order. We waited another 10 mins at least, to get our food. All the while, one employee was sitting in a chair near the register playing on her phone. That same employee finally got up to take the next person’s order but never put down her phone while taking his order. Extremely disappointed in this location.
Extremely dirty location!! Trash all over the kitchen floors.
