No meat on my 2 Big Mac meals. Highly irritated with it. How do u not out meat on a burger of any kind ?
Even though every place is short staffed these days this McDonald's does their best to get people in and out!! I know for a fact when you are getting your food and the workers are out of breath then they are working above and beyond hard to get your fast food to you!! If people have problems with the service time then refer people you know that don't have a job or send your teenager that is just sitting around to get a job! If you have time to lean you have time to clean!! Amazing benefits and amazing coworkers ? ? ❤️
i’m only taking the time to write this review because they took the phone off the hook at the W. Michigan Ave. McDonald’s … After waiting in the drive-through line (too long). I ordered a large 2b which is a bacon quarter pounder with cheese burger. So my large Coke with no ice was correct, The large fries had a medium size amount of fries in it. By the time I got home and looked in to my sandwich, I noticed a key part of the ingredients was missing (the BACON).Frustrating…On a separate occasion, at 5 minutes after eight on a Thursday night, I walked into the lobby of this location only to be kicked out by the manager who hadn’t yet taken time to lock the doors. Bad practice!I do not know why I continue to go to this McDonald’s… insanity I guess. ?
The best time to go here is when Sade is in! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service best service I’ve had at a McDonald’s. If I had cash I would have gave you a tip. Thank you for being such a beautiful person inside and out. You deserve all the recognition.
I ordered a four piece with my order and it wasn't in the bag, so I told them at the window they forgot it. They gave it to me. I got home and it was just a glob of Mac sauce or something. All our food was cold and nasty. I tried to call and they would not answer.
they were very busy with the drive-thru and I had to wait a little longer than normal to eat in the dining room. they kept apologizing but it wasn't their fault. my food was very good and very fresh. hats off to this location for making the food as yummy as possible. yum
Asked for well done fry's and got 1/2 raw fry's when inside to get new 1 s and still 1/2 raw so disgusting only thing there any good is the fountain soda
Professional staff and manager. I have been there a fee times recently and they have been very professional and nice, manager included.
Ordered mcdouble add Mac sauce I opened it up and it was so sloppy Mac sauce everywhere burger wasn't even put together. My fries were COLD. literally cold
Yet again W. Michigan Ave McDonald's is horrible ?!I Got 4 extra ketchup Mcdoubles that are at best luke warm. And no extra ketchup and literally 1/2 box of large ? fries!Really $2.79 now for 1 large fry and it's only HALF FULL!!??So I take it back and forced to wait on the side even longer and I get in return only 3 mcdoubles still not fresh or hot and 1 Regular Hamberger in a mcdouble wrapper with a sticker right on it saying mcdouble w/ex ketchup. Nope just a no cheese no extra ketchup cold 1 patty McDonald's hamberger. Smh
