Rode my bicycle to McDonalds Went in, placed my to go" order... Requested no pickles on my burgers, got pickles anyway. Requested 1 large fry, which I paid for, received zero fries. Ordered and paid for 3 McChicken sandwiches, received 1.Called repeatedly to let them know so they could make it right when I went back in, no answer. Never an answer. Call at night, no answer. Morning? No answer. Afternoon? No answer. Seriously?

June 18, 2022 7:15 I have never complained about service at a McDonald's before and I am 54 years old, but today is the exception. Three of us were thirsty and I love McDonald's fresh brewed coffee, so we decided to go through the drive thru. We sat waiting at the speaker for approximately 4 minutes without a greeting, ok no big deal. Then all three of us heard a young girl tell us to pull forward, so I assumed there was a technical error no big deal. There was a car and a truck ahead of us and a car in the second drive through beside us, they had pulled forward at the same time. Which to me it was confirmation there was a technical problem because we were there before them. Again no problem. We are almost up to the first window and the young lady says, "I didn't take your order" I replied I know, now I am confused. She did not smile but appeared rather perturbed. pulling up to the window, I said, "yeah we thought it was strange you told us to pull up without taking your order" with a smile. She snapped back, "I did NOT tell you to pull forward". Then she continued taking the order at the drive thru. After she was finished I said, "All three of us heard someone tell us to move forward". She snapped back and said, "I did not tell you to pull forward, WHAT is your order anyway!" Oh, ok... I smiled thanked her and as I waited to pull forward I thought, out of the many years I have worked at McDonalds (Phoenix Az., Roseville, California, Jacksonville, FL, Chelsea, Much., Mason, Mich., Jackson, Mi. and Stockbridge Mich.) that attitude and behavior would have been unacceptable! When I pulled up I decided to ask for a manger. There was a man that had been joking around in the back area that I had seen while sitting at the first window, then he is up near front counter when I pull up and ask for a manager. This man had a CIGARETTE behind his ear! And said, I would help but I'm on break laughed and headed past the fry area. The manager came to the window ask if she could help. I asked if this store was an owner operator or Corp. She said owner operator I asked the owners names she told me the lady name. I explained what had just occured with her back cash young lady..... This manager was first off unkempt (when I worked as manager and even crew we were to always look the best we could and be presentable again things must have changed) She not once apologized for the back cash young lady instead made excuse that she is working two jobs...TAKING ORDERS AND CASH!? ARE YOU SERIOUS REALLY? When I worked at McDonalds taking orders and taking the cash was one in the same job! It does not take rocket science in order to do both! I used to be a closing manger, an opening manager and mid shift yes it can get overwhelming I understand that, but, THEY WERE NOT BUSY! You have a guy obviously not working or maybe he was idk but had a cigarette behind his ear looked totally unlike any manger I have ever worked with, then a night manager that only offered excuses for a very rude and hostile back cash employee and then nothing even offer money back which I would not have a center (the coffee was phenomenal as usual) or even offer a golden arch card with an apology. I have no clue who the owner operator is of this McDonald's but truthfully these employees have given you a black mark! My husband is still a manager for an owner operator and they are always receiving great reviews and awards! Sir, you need to send in secret shoppers into this store of yours! it is one thing not to have the30-40 second experience in drive thru as it once was, but to sit at the speaker for 4+ minutes without a greeting, be told to pull forward, then to be waited on by a hostile rude young lady, and then see an employee playing around with a cigarette behind his ear, to the night manager not even offer an apology or anything else except an excuse on why we were treated rudely! I will not be back to this particular McDonald's and truth be told until the owner or store m

The staff at this McDonald's are consistently rude. If you go inside, prepare to be ignored. In the drive thru? The speaker person is going to cut you off with "IS THAT IT?!" The people handing out the food are going to talk to you like you're an idiot.the coffee is always bad. Ask politely to have another one made? You're gonna get your dang head ripped off. Just go to airport road about 5 minutes away. It's worth it.

This is the worst McDonalds by far. I can’t believe how rude and disrespectful they are. I wish no star was an option. I worked in the food industry for 10+ years. 4 of which was fast food and all I have to say is this McDonald’s would be way more useful if it was shut down or bull dozed. Throw the whole thing away! The food, the building, the employees.. everything ?

I did a drive thru placed a order, told to pull up at 10:07am I waited until 10:19 am. So I went in only to see employees wrapped blanket sweaters, standing in a group, I waited until one turned around and asked about my order, it will be another 6 more minutes. Are you kidding? I got nothing but they kept my money. ,No refund was offered. I called the number and gave my survey code I'm sure I will not be notified

I was struggling trying to get the app for the McDonald's Rewards to work and one of the employees came to the window to try and help me with it we still didn't get it right. But I give her an A for effort. I just didn't want to hold up the line anymore I blame it on the app

Never going here ever again.Got a Big Mac meal around 10:05pm 2/18/2022Didn't even get the receipt, the fries were cold and the sandwich was terribly made.If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!

for the third time in a row the McDonald's on n west.has messed up my order and the food. we live nearby so we go there at times although we prefer anyplace but this store. we didn't get all of the order. chicken was burned . my son went to get the rest of the food they wouldn't give us the food it see.s you have to have a receipt which they didn't give us. i would not recommend this place to anyone. we let many mistakes pass for a many years no more. these people are useless. I'll never go there again.

I will never eat at this location again. Firstly they messed up my order. I ordered 2 big macs and a quarter pounder. They gave me 2 quarter pounders and one big Mac. Then the fries had no salt and lastly, they served me a RAW quarter pounder. For myself being pregnant and have eaten a quarter of the burger noticing it. That was a big no no for me. Never again!

Ordered on the app. Because it's supposed to be faster. I waited 15 min. While they waited on everyone else..watched my food sit there and get cold. Will not be going back to West Ave. McDonalds again
