I had my son and daughters birthday party hereI was not impressed. very Unorganized the lady at the counter was really rude not only too me but too the kids when they were turning their ticket slips in for the cheap little prizes. Not all the games even worked as they don't have many too chose from anyhow. I payed a lot of money you would think they could at least have Good customer service. The lady was also rude too a few of the adults that attended the party. The upside the pizza was good. Will not be going back for another birthday party.
Went there for the pizza buffet which USED to be good. There were not many customers there when we came in. The pizza was old and dried up so we waited for them to refresh the buffet. There were three different employees who walked around and looked at the buffet but did nothing to refresh it. Their main concern was to fill up their drinking glasses ignore it and walk away. Finally when additional customers came in a fourth employee checked the buffet and threw all of the pizza slices out because they were old, leaving the buffet empty. After 15 minutes more they finally brought two pizzas which were partially sliced. They made no further attempt to put any more out while we were there. Very disappointed at their downhill slide and their apparent "who cares" attitudes. They were not short handed as there were at least six employees working while we were there.
Updated review: Since the pandemic, they've been slowly getting back into the swing of things. Unfortunately, they are usually understaffed, so sometimes service takes a little longer, or they close early. However, the workers there are very friendly and do their best to make for an enjoyable experience. Their food really is quite good and the arcade in the back room is small, but still a lot of fun for the kiddos.
Didn't bring out fresh pizza until asked. Fresh pizza was really good. The pizza that sat there for a long time was dry and cold.
It was very crowded, but thats not their fault. The place is decent but the tables are sticky, tickets scam you, most the games are out of order and the foods not too great.
I spent $150 to rent the party room for my child's first birthday party. The manager or employee whoever she was immediately greeted me with a very rude tone rushing me to place my pizza order. They never greeted us when we got there to explain the rules or when we should place our order. They failed to mention that 2 liters are not included as drinks and they do not sell 2 liters inside parties. The first manager was rude and a complete jerk to my family and didn't even offer a pitcher, until I went up to the counter asking a young girl offered us pitchers. They fail to mention they charge you extra for ranch it's not included in the package. She was very rude to me and my guests and I will never be coming back.
I don't like how management treats staff that get sick and wants customers to compensate employees.
I thought that the person bringing our food was one of the rudest individuals I ever met and will not recommend this place at all and we had the party room
Came in recently and waited in line forever while the older female employee was first trying to charge the first person in front of me money from a party he didn't even belong to. Then, re-directed to another woman who was from said party who clearly had been given the wrong information about the deposit refund for a birthday party, and now she was expected to pay extra if she wanted it back. Then, it was finally my turn to order and I noticed this extremely ignorant sign posted which stated 'due to government handouts, nobody wants to work anymore.' I guess someone thought this was cute and funny, but it is just extremely ignorant and clearly out of touch with what the reality of the working class has been dealing with since the pandemic started. How many of YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS were down and out and needed that help? It seems as if potential employees just simply don't want to work THERE. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that this place probably only pays minimum wage, anyway. That, coupled with an obviously rude and toxic working environment (which I've witnessed plenty of over the years) must have people BEGGING you for jobs. There are always never-ending excuses for things that have been wrong with this place forever. Tonight was the last straw for us, though. My husband and I are two combat veterans who will never be back here again. You should be DEEPLY ashamed of yourselves!!!
Pizza is good and the little casino is a hit with the kids, up to about 13yrs old or so. This place has been around for a reason.
