My husband just went through Long John Silvers N West Ave., Jackson, Michigan about 30 minutes ago picking up three orders of your six for six chicken planks. He gets home and we have three orders with three pieces of chicken however paid for the six for six. We have called the storefront four or five times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Very disappointing I will not be able to get him to go there again for me. Gee thanks very much!! We would go back to the store right now but it would cost us more in gas then we’re willing to pay. The one positive is the girl that waited on him at the counter my husband says was delightful.

The fish is fantastic! The fish is light and loaded with flavor, the coating is not thick and gummy it is light and crispy. The chicken is also great. We like the frys but the coleslaw and green beans are great. And hushpuppys are the best at long John silvers then anywhere else we have had them.
Oh ya best hush puppies ever. Greasy greasy hardening arteries but taste great.
Super friendly and attentive staff and of course great food! Nice alternative to all the other typical drive through offerings. Give them a try!
After a long and STRESSFUL day, I decided to just grab a quick dinner. I chose LJS because they're always fast and accurate. Thank you for always including a straw, eating utensils and napkins...without even having to request them. Thank you for the ease and speed of ordering. My chicken was delicious, btw!
Quick friendly service, fish is always great, hush puppies are great too, but the green beans and mac n cheese was blah.
The staff at this place is amazing, hard working and very nice. Fast food made fast the food was great.
I was craving a fish sandwich last week so I stopped here and was delightfully surprised at how good my meal was. I was not expecting my fast food to be so tasty but it was, and my meal was under $8. We went back today for lunch and got another great meal. The staff was also great both times.
Totally blowm away and caught off guard. This was amazing! Never been to a LJS before but someone told me last week how great this particular location is so I thought I'd give it a go, and I am so glad I did! Jackson was as busy as could be and all the restaurants looked packed and as I pulled up to long John's it was totally empty and I had no wait to order. Service was friendly and smiling and made sure we had everything from condiments to napkins and straws (barely get that kind of fast food service anywhere anymore!) and the food was ready in a snap. I couldn't believe how good everything was. FRESH is the word that comes to mind. Never thought I'd feel I need to review a fast food joint on the Google but y'all gotta give this place a shot, it was so much better than any other fish I've had lately. I'm gonna try to pull up at the LJS more often. Try the clam strips!
