Just went through the drive thru on my way home and I'm super disappointed. I ordered 2 hot n ready pepperoni pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Well just got home a few minutes ago and the pizza is old, cold and looks like it was overcooked and is pathetic looking at that. The breadsticks I ordered wasn't breadsticks. Looks like cheese bread that is also old and soggy, tasted disgusting. Needless to say I threw my share of the food out. Even my kids were complaining.Very disappointed.
Ridiculous service. Made an online order and they won’t let you inside for a pickup. Had to wait in line for 30 mins to pick up my online order completely defeating the purpose of an online order. Especially if people who ordered in the drive thru are getting their items brought out to there car. Place is a joke
At this location they act like Covid is going to kill someone by walking into there lobby. My sister placed an online order and I had to wait in line for 45 mins to pick it up because they said I couldn’t come inside. Like seriously. I don’t even have to wear a mask at my dr office.
I love the pizza at little Ceasars. But they don't accommodate to people who are driving large vehicles that can't get thru the drive thru. The manager told me to walk thru the drive thru when they have a perfectly good lobby. All while there was people sitting and eatting pizza in the lobby. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Awful service. I pre-ordered my food at 5pm today for a 6pm pick up and was made to sit in the parking lot till 6:55 pm then had to send them back inside to get the rest of my order which they did not bring out. Horrid customer service not even so much as a "sorry for the inconvenience" I would recommend going to the other Little Caesars in the area. Update: got home with the order and had to go back neither item they gave me was what I ordered. This place needs new management
The person tending the drive-thru had an attitude that was definitely not called for. I think they needed another job. Pizza was cold and pepperoni just haphazardly scattered on it. Don't think I'll be back
Absolutely horrible management and horrible staff. They let the boys there talk to the young girls however they want and be little them. The managers talk very disrespectful to there staff. This place needs a whole new set of workers and managers. I would not recommend you letting your child work here.
It’s hot, ready, and delicious. There’s only a couple reasons I would recommend going to Little Caesar’s in the first place: Hot & Ready Pizza and Crazy Bread. Both of these are done to perfection, quickly, every time I arrive. Even a long line never takes more than 10-15 minutes to get through.
Terrible service, terrible manager, don't waste your time. Seems like it's all kids that work here, including manager who tries to act tough with customers. They have no idea what they are doing, and don't seem to care about customer service.Got there and ordered 5 pizzas and breadsticks, one pizza being the batman. Was told it was a 10 min wait. Then after a half hour still nothing, so I called and some dude answered with an attitude and told me I could talk to manager, who also had an attitude. Pretty much told us they gave our pizza to someone else and we could wait again or get our money back. The line was wrapped around the building so I looped around to the window, to get my money back, to then have someone ram my car thinking we wanted to take her pizza. Lol. Trashy place, would never recommend.
Very convenient drive thru for hot and ready pizzas. Ordered a Hawaiian, which isn't one of their hot and ready selections, and still got it in 10 minutes. Not really a 5 star restaurant, but when you factor in price and speed, they deserve full marks...
