Service was fast. Food was cold, stale. And it seems extremely expensive compared to my local chicken restaurants.

We went to the East Michigan KFC FOR dinner on Saturday. I ordered the Chicken Pot Pie combo, when I got home and ate a spoonful it was made of mashed potatoes and vegetables with no chicken and the normal crust on top. I was so mad I took it back, when I returned to KFC I explained to the manager what I had got from there, she and another employee examined the potpie and couldn't believe it either. I did get a refund and an apology but they could have given me a couple pieces of chicken for my troubles but it is what it is. LESSON: Always check your food b4 leaving the drive thru. SHAME ON KFC.
KFC chicken is always great. The mashed potatoes and gravy are always delicious.
