I just ordered a thin crust bbq chicken and it will be the last time. There is so much bbq sauce that nothing sticks to the crust. It was a round pizza not squareLikethe picture. Very disappointing

Any place in Jackson that has gluten free pizza gets 5 stars from me. My family enjoyed their regular crust Detroit style too.
Yikes. Can't find my bacon. We all see where the "extra cheese" went. Took an hour to get this on a week day ordered at 4pm. I get that we're in a pandemic but when you charge premium prices people expect premium food-or at least all the toppings we paid for and the cheese on the top. Lame.Let's. Not. Get. Jets.

Good pizza, consistent service and quality. Kinda expensive for pizza, totally worth it. Get the house made ranch it makes the pizza if you like ranch.
Apparently the staff doesn't read the orders. I received someone else's order completely. I had to drive all the way back to there store to have my entire order re made. What a joke.
If I could leave a negative 800 star review I would. It was hard to have a good Christmas party at work when you spend $100 at this location and have just awful experience. Order at 9:30am and and have a estimated arrival of 11:45am and we didn't get out 3 pizzas until 1:20pm. We were lied to by 3 of your employees and got cold pizza as well. No one has contacted us, which we were told would happen AND we submitted something to the owner 2 times. This location is a joke. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DRIVE TO CHELSEA
The pizza tastes great, but lately, when I call, they never answer their phones so that customers can place an order. I called and it went to their automated phone message, after about 3 minutes, a worker picked up the phone and asked me to hold, I waited for another 6 minutes on hold, then hung up. Called back and it was on hold for a full minute or so before a worker picked up the phone and hung up. Called back a 3rd time and it was on hold again for another 7 minutes. Almost 20 minutes on hold and never got to place our order.This happened the last time, too. 20 minutes on hold. Employees blamed it on their phones not ringing properly (when we stopped by in person), but someone had answered the phone.
I love Jet’s. Their deep dish pizza is probably the best chain pizza available anywhere in lower Michigan but certainly around here you would have to visit one of the locally owned establishments to get better pizza.Here’s the downside. They are consistently terrible on the phone, assuming they actually answer. I don’t think this is only a result of the type of short staff issues that are common at time of review (12/22), as phone skills and getting someone to pick up the phone was bad before the pandemic and all the staffing problems that came after.
