Lived here for 20 years and drove past. Don't make the same mistake I did, I will now stop every time. The soup was amazing. My coney was amazing. I honestly can't wait to go back.
The original coney! Delicious and a good price. Servings are huge, so be ready to eat. Restaurant was a little dirty, but its a historic spot, so we overlooked that for the food.

This was my first time and probably last time visiting.First the good.... the fries were really good and hot. The waitress was friendly.Now the not so good...The restaurant was freezing cold!! They weren't serving breakfast which disappointed one in our party. The food was just mediocre.When we paid with our card the waitress swiped it through a handheld machine. Then asked if we wanted to leave a tip on the card. We said yes. Then she asked, how much... there's 18%, 20% and 25% WOW!!! I have NEVER had that happen before. They have always either handed to me or turned it around for me to decide.
Friendly staff the food was Amazing, took home some leftovers and a big ole cup of rice pudding.
