No wait time.The server was very nice and got everything right. Our food was hot and deliscious.
Beware as this location overcharged my credit card by $4 but my receipt shows the real charge. Contacted the restaurant and they never returned my inquiry and then I contacted IHOP Corp, same treatment. Total ripoff.
The Family went there to have a family outing. We enjoyed our meals and the prices were reasonable.
Our waitress Whitney was terrific! This was actually some of the best service we’ve had at any restaurant in the past 2 years (and we eat out a lot). We had a couple special requests and she got them just right, and even went above and beyond to bring a little cup of another sauce she thought we might like when the usual queso was not available. The food was also very good. We got the 2x2x2 and the spicy poblano bowl. Great pancakes.
I've never had a burger take over 50 minutes before, especially not in a restaurant that's nearly empty.Y I K E S
Time and time again (even before COVID excuse) the wait to get seated is 20+ minutes, when no one else is in waiting entrance room. Tried again today bc we like their menu. They "just sat a groptof 15, so was to be a 20 minute wait". No one was sitting in any other booths in the entire restaurant. 15 people completely stalled their service. We went elsewhere, again.

Wow what an experience, first of all, waited over 20 mins before anyone acknowledge we were waiting to be seated, the waiter we had was very friendly after we waited for 15 mins for him to come to us, another 45 mins to ger our cold food.. and then my chicken sandwich was raw, manager took off the bill. Then here comes the bill, my sandwixh was taken off bill but mom had a ham and chz omelet (which was stone cold), coffee and i had a tea... fast forward $20 charged .70 for the ham that was in her omelette, 439 for bacon and her coffee... love there pancakes but will never see my bussiness again...
Actually fast and friendly service! Have not been here in over 3 years since had to wait to be seated since all waitstaff were on break at the same time according to hostess.
Very friendly and courtesy was shown to all. Food was very good and filling. Service was fast.
